My ex partner purchased a gopro for me a year ago, with a free 12 months subscription. We are no longer together, and we no longer have the camera - and this weekend her card gets charged the auto-renewal fee. I spoke with customer service, and they were not willing to give a refund because it's in the t&cs. What kind of customer service is that? We have been charged £50 for something that we do not want or need, most companies would simply refund the fee and close the subscription. Is it any wonder why companies like DJI are doing well? I will no longer be using gopro, total rip off company
