Taking Money and No Subscription

OMG is it actually possible to get in touch with this company? I have tried for several hours over a matter of weeks to find a link to email customer service, and still, it's not possible. For two years running, they have removed money from my account for a subscription I no longer have. I followed the link for a refund, but this takes you nowhere. It's impossible to get through to them. Please keep away and look elsewhere. They're difficult to contact but are quick to remove money from your account.

After chatting with a customer service rep about how DPD never actually delivered my item, they needed to "escalate" my concern to their higher ups. Even as they themselves can see the DPD status.

Worst service by flipkart.

I have ordered Adidas shoes on 27th February and delivery date was 3rd march. On 3rd march I received message from flipkart that due to some logistics issue your product will be delivered on 7th March.Today is 9th March but still my product is not delivered and also no response from customer support.

STAY AWAY!!!ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I am a member also that costs $179 a year! It is NOT worth it!! The customer service and inconsistency is horrendous!!!! They had a stove on sale showing $479.99 but it wouldn’t let me check out so I called them to check out. Then they tell me that that’s not the price and they cannot honor it. I said you have to honor it, it’s on your website. I told them I also have a screenshot for evidence. They had me on the phone for 59min! And said they can’t do anything about that to go to the chat and do a price match there and show them my screenshot. I did that and they too said they can’t have screenshots sent to them and said they cannot do anything and told me to go to the physical store. I go to the store in the next day and they tell me they can’t do anything so k ask to speak to the manager since this has gone way too far at this point for a $50 dollar difference!!!! Finally the manager sees my phone and doesn’t understand why but after waiting 30 mins in the store he finally honors the price!!!! Great! They tell me it will be delivered December 3rd! Okay that’s fine. The next day I get an email saying they have a problem with my appointment scheduled and need to reschedule to dec 21st!!!!! WHATTTTT!!!!! Mind you just 3 days before this I bought a refrigerator!! That was also was to be delivered 2 days later that also GOT DELAYED!!!!!! I tell them they should offer me some type of gift card or something for all of this headache!!! And they say we can just cancel the order!!!! I said yes let’s just cancel the order this is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!! MIND YOU I SPENT $2600 wishing a WEEEEEK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AMERICAN AT ALL BECAUSE IT IS NOTTTT THE AMERICAN WAY!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY AND GO TO LOWES OR HOMEDEPOT!

Well deserved …

When I first used the Wish app I was disappointed with the quality of the products I was purchasing. So much so that I stopped using the platform. I tried using it again and found that you could get very good quality products if you are looking for the right items and take time to read all the information that is provided by the listing. Wish is now my go to international shopping app. I am finding that the items that I purchase are of superior quality and are definitely a better price than what I have access to on a local level. Wish definitely needs to be applauded for the amazing service and fantastic access capabilities that are available to people across the globe. Thank you Wish and I do hope that this review is actually seen by a real person as I totally believe that when I give feedback like this it is because I feel that it is deserved.

Avoid HP products…

Sadly my old perfectly working HP ink jet multi printer finally died so I decided to replace it. As I was used to HP products like an idiot I stuck with the brand - big mistake! - The closest I could get was the new HP Smart Tank 7005. We have a young guy in our company who's effectively a digital genius (he operates a Mac Book with Logic and Final Cut Pro for music and film editing and also operates digital cameras and outside broadcast equipment - so I asked him to install the printer. This pointless machine needs an APP to operate! Which doesnt work. And It only operates on wi fi. HOWEVER the worst part is it took us 2 hours to set up. It refused to recognise the printer. The instructions were wrong! You had to reset it coinstantly. It was a nightmare and a waste of our very valuable time. Whoever designed it should be fired. Plus we had a digital genius and he couldnt get it to work! Finally and we don't even know how we got it to function. But we are never buying another HP product ever again!

Bought a new HP9120e printer yesterday— no problem hooking it up but there was a problem with correcting an address for instant ink. Spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday and another 2 1/2 hours today speaking with various people. How difficult should this be?To change an address???? Will never buy again.

Amazon voiding my giftcards / shitty customer service

Amazon ended up voiding my balance then releasing in a 5 day battle trying to order pc components, finally when i ordered the last time they ended up putting my account on hold, even after providing the necessary documents in the login page they ended up closing my account, disgusting customer service loop and u never get an email from a real person, absolute garbage company ive never dealt with such a bad vendor like this before, up until now im trying to contact them and still getting no responses, "your issue has been escalated it will be resolved in 24 hours" yet nothing is resolved 72 hours later and no emails in sight.

Qingxian Liao Is the seller I work with, this lady cheated me out of a lot of money, she told me that she can send me chairs that were in a Amazon warehouse back in October of 2024, after I made payment she told me that there are 80 chairs in the USA warehouse and she will send 40 from china, so basically after I made payment is when she said she don’t have to full order in USA Amazon warehouse! It’s now April 18th 2025 and I only received the 40 chairs that were sent from china. I ordered and paid for 120 chairs. I reached out about a refund and she gave me a bogus email address saying contact this email for after sales help, which I knew no one was going to respond to the email when she first sent it, and they didn’t! Alibaba has this seller as trusted but her and her company (Shenzhen Juejinyuan TechnologyCo., Ltd.) is not but that’s the only reason why I gave it a chance, I reached out to them about it and nothing was done! I want my refund! ASAP I paid $2,400 for 120 chairs only got 40

The site is great with features friendly to new creators out there, convenient and the layout of their site is better than most of the competition.Sadly, their payout system is tight and a bit slower compared to others.All in all, I recommend this to content creators starting from scratch!
