I started a wifi contract 2 months ago. The internet has always been unstable but overall acceptable. Three days ago it stopped working completely. I sent a notice through the app and it is still "in arbeit". In the meantime, I missed important deadlines at work since I had to work from home. Today I tried to contact the customer service by phone (which was hard for a non-german speaker, since the call starts with a german voicemail asking stuff) and I have been treated very rudely by two different operators that refused to speak english and therefore to help me. I understand that we are in Germany, but from an internationally operating company like Vodafone, I expect a certain willingness to assist, especially when it concerns such a central service. They literally hung up the phone when I asked if we could speak english. It is unacceptable that no solution has been offered for a paid service, even though this clearly falls within their area of responsibility.
