Review applies to Holiday Inn Express on Potomac Blvd, Mt Vernon, Ill--- Windows dirty, 2nd floor hall carpet dirty, Luggage cart rickety and very noisy, Lobby coffee was cold,Only one coffee pod in the in-room coffee, towels short of a wash cloth and face towel.
