Terrible service! When contacting the helpdesk, you are always forwarded to the basic help-section articles which usually do not give full and clear instructions on how to solve a problem, leaving the customers to figure it out for themselves or seek guidance from other users. In addition to this, they offer no help whatsoever when a billing problem occurs. Any other business would happily accomodate a new invoice when there is a problem, however the policy of Squarespace seems to be 'sorry, not our problem'.

Sophisticated, tweakable features will be a nice surprise if you expected just another sluggish, boring Cloud app, but likely confusing to a noob. Their commitment to privacy is commendable. Just don't lose.your password! "Set to Forget" by design means they cannot just reset it and let you back in - they are serious about privacy. The company is totally trustworthy IMO, come a long way from the Cowboy Kim Dot Com days (they kicked him out from what I understand)? Long may it last.

I purchased Bitdefender AntiVirus Plus on 3rd March 2025 by clicking on the PayPal link on the Bitdefender site and my Credit Card was charged.It is now apparent that Bitdefender have modified the PayPal link on their site to direct buyers not to PayPal but to Verifone.I feel sure this is not legal except possibly in Romania where the seller is based. PayPal are certainly aware of this and do not hesitate to refer all enquiries to the seller VERIFONE who ignore contacts. So two American companies are colluding to assist a Romanian one not having to pay a promised 30 day refund if I didn't like their software. PayPal does not protect one from scammers, they assist them! I have two "ticket" numbers from Bitdefender who will refund me ASAP. No doubt they will keep this up until the 30 days has passed.12 hours after submitting this review I received an email from PayPal to say my refund was on its way.This was 6 days after PayPal had refused my claim & closed the matter. The real lesson here is to avoid Verifone like the plague. 94% of their reviews are ONE STAR

Terrible customer service at 10:20 am at the woman’s section at Zara inside the Upper Canada Mall. The lady at the cash was very rude and when I asked for her name she said “no”. I shop there a lot but mostly for kid clothing and never experienced that kind of a lowlife attitude. Too bad I was in a hurry and couldn’t ask for a manager but that woman should be working behind close doors and not be representing the store!When I picked up package at the men’s department, I was welcome and treated with politeness and great service.I will think again before going back to this store. There are lots of other places I can spend my money and when the service sucks…. My money leaves and goes to another business that’s takes care of customers. But as I see from others reviews, I’m not the only one having bad experience. I usually write only good reviews and it takes a lot for me to get upset but today the attitude of the cashier was way to much.Shop somewhere else people until the company start taking all the reviews seriously

Ordered RAM for a build and after 5 days it is still sitting in a status of "Waiting for Carrier Pick-up" and they will not allow me to cancel the order. I ordered parts for this build from multiple sources, and this is by far the slowest to ship. Going to order from Amazon and return these if I ever actually get them but I expect that process to be just as painful. (Update) I posted this 5 days ago and my Ram is still in California. At least USPS has it but it has not left the west coast yet.

What is the point of me having a credit card and not having the ability to use it whenever I want too? Tried to get some stuff since it's NATIONAL lipstick day but nope. I couldn't pay with my card using the app nor web browser. Magically after it's all over just after 10pm it processed just fine, no issues. Freaking lame.
