I've had my iPhone 7 for a few years now and very recently key apps just stopped working because they discontinued support. I can no longer use eBay or Outlook on my phone, I am not even allowed to rollback to older versions of these apps.Forcing people to get new phones is not sustainable and contributes to the growing problem of e-waste.

Massive scam, poor customer service, just get sent in circles. You book and pay and get no contact until hours before trying to get into the holiday house. Turns out it is unavailable and a mistake in the system. Full refund promised but only some of the money is returned. Court proceeding will be started.Do not book with this company. On Thursday, May 1, 2025 I opened up a new Facebook account. On the same day shortly after opening this account, I was notified by Facebook that my account has been suspended for violating Community Guidelines by making my profile not searchable. Facebook also said I have one chance to appeal and if my appeal is not accepted, I would be banned for my lifetime.I made the appeal, but their was no place to add comments, ask questions, or raise any defense. On the same day Facebook permanently banned me from their platform. When setting up my Facebook account I used their setting to make certain aspect of my account private.I believe Facebook banned me without proper cause and should be investigated for fraudulent business practices.

The product didn't work with Google Search at all. Google blamed Yoast, and Yoast blamed Google. I emailed for support and received an automated response filled with links to their site, but no real assistance. When I followed up, I got no response. If it works for you, great. But if you're having issues, good luck getting help from them.

I have had clover for 2 years and never really needed customer service until now. I call them because my orders total was not matching my net sales as they always do each month. There was $290 difference. I was on the call for over four hours with 5 different reps, and they all had no clue how to help. When asked to forward our issue with second level team, I simply got a “ticket number” and never got contacted by anyone. These guys were rude and all they knew what to do was “hold the line for 3-5min.” After this experience, I am planning to do an audit of my past year to find out if these guys are stealing money somehow and $290 was the trail they forgot to cover since no reps had Answers for it. What was weird that after every call there is a survey we are to take to rate our experience. However, since I was not happy with these guys, on all 5 calls, I was unable to take the survey, as if the reps have figured out a way to boast their ratings by avoiding to let Someone take a bad survey. When I request to to speak with a supervisor, I was on hold and call got disconnected. Horrible experience, all those who say clover customer service is the worst, I believe them now! Planning to switch soon.

I was very impressed with the service I received from the team, in particular Raffaele. A member of their team proactively contacted me to tell me some of our scripts where not installed properly, and in a scheduled call with Raffaele, he not only helped me configure the software correctly, but he also helped correct the errors that our own developer made. I wish more software companies provided this level of service, I will use them with other projects.
