Terrible customer service at 10:20 am at the woman’s section at Zara inside the Upper Canada Mall. The lady at the cash was very rude and when I asked for her name she said “no”. I shop there a lot but mostly for kid clothing and never experienced that kind of a lowlife attitude. Too bad I was in a hurry and couldn’t ask for a manager but that woman should be working behind close doors and not be representing the store!When I picked up package at the men’s department, I was welcome and treated with politeness and great service.I will think again before going back to this store. There are lots of other places I can spend my money and when the service sucks…. My money leaves and goes to another business that’s takes care of customers. But as I see from others reviews, I’m not the only one having bad experience. I usually write only good reviews and it takes a lot for me to get upset but today the attitude of the cashier was way to much.Shop somewhere else people until the company start taking all the reviews seriously
