Terrible service! When contacting the helpdesk, you are always forwarded to the basic help-section articles which usually do not give full and clear instructions on how to solve a problem, leaving the customers to figure it out for themselves or seek guidance from other users. In addition to this, they offer no help whatsoever when a billing problem occurs. Any other business would happily accomodate a new invoice when there is a problem, however the policy of Squarespace seems to be 'sorry, not our problem'.
