Sadly, this company lives up to the 'POS' part of it's name! I spent more than 2 hours on the phone, in chats, and on emails with them and have recordings for all my calls. I was not able to get anywhere and a supervisor never called back as promised! Clover is not letting us accept EBT payments after they told us it would be ready by now. First 'within 12 hours' then, 24, then within 48 'business hours'(!) This is stressful because we gave our customers a date based on their instructions and we're having to turn people away. We have an engaged audience that is excited to support us and Clover is stifling our impact as we work to provide fresh food access in food deserts. I absolutely can't recommend them based on this experience! POS goes offline all the time. It is such an act of disrespect to give shop owners with so much on their plate the run around in this way. I heard the service sucked but for some reason I thought we'd be okay. When you need technical assistance, BEWARE. If you ever plan on needed technical assistance, and if you plan to use them to accept EBT, BEWARE. Will look into reporting them with the State of CA.

We purchased a Bose Soundlink Mini 2 using our prime account. After a couple of months its stopped powering on or charging. Just the dreaded flashing red battery light. I contacted amazon for support, who told me that the return window was closed and I would have to contact Bose directly. This is appalling support - if I had purchased from a store, they would just take it back and replace it. We use Prime A LOT but after this I will try to buy from stores or the manufacture. Seems like Amazon are happy to take my money but not so keep on stepping up if there is a problem.

When my Seagate external drive failed without warning I was devastated. I contacted customer service and they were amazing! The rep informed me I had a warranty (I didn't know I had one). She told me I needed to send the disk to the Netherlands (I live in Melbourne, Australia)! I was told they could not guarantee they would be successful. I decided I had no other option. She said it would take up to 30 days to recover the data. I was able to track the process and I couldn’t believe it when it indicated successful recovery! The recovered data arrived on my doorstep about 2 weeks later and all my data was there in the new portable hard drive. I paid nothing.. I read some negative reviews on the net but my experience has been extremely positive. The people I dealt with here in Australia were very respectful and supportive. I mainly use Zoom on an ipad, but when I logged on with my Desktop at home to open an important recurrent meeting I found that, yet again, zoom had change the entry page layout and it took me over 15 minutes to find the recurrent meeting. Why can't they leave the thing alone. Zoom seems more concerned with getting me to use AI. Well, as it happens, I am an intelligent human being and I don't need a computer to think for me. The sad thing is that Zoom used to be so good (I used it all during lockdown) but they just can't leave it alone and make it so frustrating to use.

My "former" band The Razors signed up for the Knot and Wedding Wire. We were hoping the Covid would subside but it didn't. A few months later we lost one of our members. We asked this company if we could temporarily stop our payments to them until we could re-group and hopefully have a wedding band to offer. They refused to cancel our yearly contract unless we announced to the world that we were "permanently out of business." This is a heartless organization that needs to be avoided.

Had to cancel a booking recently. I checked the cancellation policy before cancelling which said I'd be subject to a charge equal to the first night plus taxes and fees. The virtual agent service didn't work after multiple attempts managed to get through to an agent who confirmed the cancellation policy as I understood. After cancelling, I was told i wouldn't be entitled to any refund at all. Multiple emails with screenshots of my conversation with the agent, but kept getting generic emails back saying they were sorry I was disappointed but couldn't change the hotel policy. Ignoring the fact that I was only asking for the stated policy I had agreed to. Won't be using again.

Had a Garmin Venus watch for 18 months and the strap broke tried retail stores and jewellers but no store had a replacement. Contacted Garmin and they couldn’t have been more helpful replacement strap being couriered free of charge!!!

Garmin Venu SQ Music does what it should and More.I was Cycling one morning when my Garmin Venu SQ Music decided to send my emergency contact a text stating I had been involved in an incident, they immediately tried to contact me as you would. Not being able to contact me they then phoned the closest 3 hospitals and started a search with various people trying to locate me. The eventually were able to contact me, I can't imagine what they felt during this process. Garmin in Australia has no method for support or to leave an inquiry outside of weekday business hours. Faults Ok I get that, not impressed with customer support.

I upgraded to Pro because I thought their SVG kit was going to speed up might site. Instead my site load time went from 8 seconds to 20 seconds!Their documentation is terrible. Very vague and not intuitive and I know HTML and CSS well. I can figure out anything but I have spent 2 months on Font Awesome trying to get it to work. Their customer support is equally as bad. They just give one sentence answers that really don't answer the question.

Introducing Duolingo into my life was a game changer. The app has been a cornerstone of my learning experience for most of a year. It had benefitted my life more than I could have imagined.And now that is ruined. The new interface has limited the interactivity so much I no longer feel motivated; the layout allows for less freedom to pursue my targets and practice topics as I please; and it is simply less fun. We're all used to change-for-the-sake-of-change in this world, but Duolingo has been utterly ruined.Not often I take my money elsewhere but I can't encourage a service to upset its userbase like this. Subscription cancelled.

Beware of the “free trial” that they’re offering. I was expecting for a reminder email from them just like the other subscriptions. I cancelled it right away as soon as I saw the deduction for the auto-renewal. I emailed the customer service justifying that I didn’t meant to renew as I can’t use the app with the purpose I was expecting. I can’t even put a watermark. CS replied that they can’t give me a refund so I need to use the whole month for the amount I paid.
