Their business seems to be based on auto-renewal subscription scams, which should be forbidden in a country like Germany. The customer service is the worst I ever came across. Be aware they follow the BAD practice of taking your money, not being interested in customer experience, nor being interested in finding a solution. And moreover, they are putting their customer under pressure to pay for their subscription for a full year in advance and threaten to involve a collection agency that probably belongs to the Xing group!

The LG front loading washing machine I purchased from Costco broke down six weeks ago. After many, many calls to them the machine is still down. It took LG a week or so to locate someone in my area who could fix the machine. After looking at the machine the repair technician said it might be cheaper for LG to replace it since it needed so many parts, plus he was concerned that once he got it tore down he felt he would find other problems. LG said they felt the machine was repairable so the shop ordered five parts for ot. Two parts arrived in a few days via overnight shipping. BUT, the remaining parts have just trickled in because LG didn’t have them in their warehouse. When I was waiting for the parts to arrive I mentioned to LG that the machine could have other issues and perhaps we should replace the machine. They reiterated that the machine was repairable. I suspect that would be their position if the machine had fallen over a 500 foot cliff. I’m tired of going to laundromats, and I’m seriously considering scrapping the LG washer and dryer and buying the least expensive top loading washer/dryer combo I can find.I will never buy another LG product again !!

Most packages I am scheduled to receive from FedEx are constantly delayed for days, if not weeks. I was required to ship a package (not my choice) via FedEx, and they lost it for almost three weeks. I tried calling, and their customer service is terrible and provides zero support. You have been warned :)

Customer service is very professional and helpful, but if their products and distribution were up to par, you wouldn't have to call customer service. They also have a difficult return policy. The humidifier I received was used. The sink I ordered was "cancelled" due to inventory 5 business days after placing the order. Unacceptable.

I have been playing more than one of their games now. I jumped through all the hoops. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for pay. Got skeptical and now I see from other players that have been playing longer, using more data, and wasting their time more than I have. I am so upset that this will not help me with my bills. I was hoping to cash in to pay bills and fix my car so I can get back on my feet again. Just SAD!!

I have been staying at IHG hotels for years always booked via a third party because our company requires us to do it this way although I specify the hotel I want to stay at - it just gives our company one invoice to pay. I have earned points and never had a problem. I stayed at The Coldra in Newport and gave them my number they said they would add the points but haven't done so when I queried with IHG they said not in their policy so I wont be specifying them again. I tried doing a review on their website but according to them they can't verify I stayed either by my name, my colleague's name or booking reference. It is shambolic!
