Highly recommend

When my Seagate external drive failed without warning I was devastated. I contacted customer service and they were amazing! The rep informed me I had a warranty (I didn't know I had one). She told me I needed to send the disk to the Netherlands (I live in Melbourne, Australia)! I was told they could not guarantee they would be successful. I decided I had no other option. She said it would take up to 30 days to recover the data. I was able to track the process and I couldn’t believe it when it indicated successful recovery! The recovered data arrived on my doorstep about 2 weeks later and all my data was there in the new portable hard drive. I paid nothing.. I read some negative reviews on the net but my experience has been extremely positive. The people I dealt with here in Australia were very respectful and supportive. This company is to be commended for standing behind its products. Huge thanks to Seagate and the staff members I spoke to.Carol, Melbourne
