Horrible service

Horrible service. Shipped an eBay item using ups. box was a few inches off. my mistake and I understand that I needed to make up the difference. UPS decided to charge me for a 63 lb package. it was a backpack baby carrier, it weighed 7 lbs. cost me 3 times more to ship it than I sold it for. called to see if I could fix it and was told there was nothing they could do and it was standard policy.

UPS is an irresponsible and shameless company built on lies, doing everything they can to make people hate them. First, they say your package will be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, and you wait the whole day — but the package never arrives. You call their customer service, and they say they don’t know why, that the tracking info hasn’t updated, and the package should arrive in two more days. Then, at the end of the day, they send a message saying “good news,” claiming it will be delivered the next day. You wait again — and again, nothing. You call them, and they say they didn’t load your package, either they forgot or there were some issues. And so you end up waiting an entire week, just until it’s convenient for them to deliver — even though they originally said it would arrive in two days. I’m disgusted by such irresponsible companies and their employees. Is it really that hard to be at least a little competent and responsible?!

Use anything but MSN Outlook email

After 20+ years with the same email address, I am taking the time to change everything to a new service. I feel like this is related to the change to the outlook platform. MSN does nothing to filter spam mail, their filters don't work even when you setup "rules", and I am getting tons of disgusting obscene emails daily in my inbox, its gross and embarrassing. I am happy, in a way, to see that I am not the only one that is experiencing this issue, but sorry for everyone who is also having this problem. My inbox is basically useless now because of the amount of SPAM mail I receive daily, 75+ emails, some of which go to the Junk folder, and some of which do not. Do yourself a favor and select a different email provider, you will regret it if you don't.

Ebay not sending on messages to buyer, but just keep telling him I they await my reply!

The buyer agreed to my 'buy it now' price and I also agreed to it, sending several replies saying such. However Ebay chose not to send the replies on to the buyer.I don't sell much on Ebay, or other web sites. It appears, to me, Ebay are only interested in you buying from companies who sell a lot through them and not in individuals occasionally selling something.The buyer has now contacted me and Ebay have charged him £26.70, or thereabouts when I agreed to £25!They charged him via 'paypal' despite me stating in the advert, payment on collection!I have no PayPal account and do not want one.Then Ebay contact me and ask I give a 3rd party permission to access one of my bank accounts so I can be paid the £25.So where does £26.72 come from?Naturally, I give no permission for the 3rd party to access my account.What are Ebay up to?I will now cancel any listing I have with them to sell an item and I'll never list with them again.They have completely lost any faith I may have had in them. To be honest when it comes to selling an item, I have no faith in them and based on this negative experience, I suggest you do not either.

Would rate this company 0 stars if I could. This is the second time I've had a major issue with DoorDash. I applied a gift card to my account from a friend; however, the credit was never applied to my order. The CSRs are saying that the gift card was redeemed today; HOWEVER, they can also see that my last order was in March 2024. It's May! So how could it have been redeemed today with no order placed? I'm so confused and of course their policy states that there's nothing that they can do. Like what?! This is why my husband and I stopped using them because any time an issue arises, there's never any resolve!

Hank Voight

Last year 2020 was the 1st time I went to watch Chicago P. D., with Jason Beghe, acting in it, it seemed like a nice program to watch from it's commerical. What I witness Hank Voight doing, was a show that has Police brutality in it's program and he is the one that does. It was so offensive to me that I turn it quickly.You think with all the shootings, death's that has been going on with the police.Why? Just why would Dick Wolf allow Hank Voight protrayes a police that aflicks harm to others? For a matter of fact why would he allow any actors or actress to be in a prosition that aflick brutality?This evening I was flipping through the channels, on Ion, Chicago P. D. is on, I thought lets wait and see if they have changed the behavior of Hank Voight. Nope there he comes has someone all bloody in the face (nose area), the person is asking for medical help and all Hank Voight does is been cocky then smashs the person's nose again. Then it shows the next clip blood all over Hank hands as he is wiping his hands to get the blood off. Why has noone on the show reprimands Hanks behavior on this brutality? Our country is already in turmoil with the behavior with the police and the brutality. How can our country heal while on television shows, it show it too. I am so sick of some many people in authority or tv shows not having no empathy or compassion for other people.I really hope that Dick Wolf thinks about this and changes how Hank Voight or another actors/actress behaves. I went to watch in the Heat of the Night when it 1st played. Carlos Brown played Bubby Skinner, he was somewhat not kind to people cocky just bad. Never went back on to watch that shows. Years later as I did today I ran across it while flipping through the channels. Quess what they had changed the behavior of Bubby Skinner to a kind and caring person. I started watching that show, in the heat of the Night. Hum what a man, what a man, what a wonderful man!!! I hope, Hank Voight, decides he wants to come to the compassionate side also!!!!! Hint, Hint Mr. Wolf. :)

ITV films + Mumble Mode

ITV films: there is little point in watching films on ITV channels when they don't stop films for adverts. I am tired of missing important parts of films because ITV thinks the ads are more important.Trigger Point - an OK series, but RUINED by "mumble mode"! The sound recording is PATHETIC! When the adverts come, so clear and LOUD the MUTE button gets pressed!Who do you serve ITV? Youselves, advertisers, or IDIOT consumers? Probably most people switch off!

I. WILL. NEVER. PURCHASE. ANOTHER. POS. DELL. LAPTOP!!!!They refuse to help you with the constant, bs problems with your brand new, expensive laptop!They want $100 just to talk to you!I have a $600 new laptop and every time I call, they don't even listen to my problem!All they want is $100 and they will SUPPOSEDLY call me back!Tried that once & they never called me back! It took me two weeks, dozens of phone calls, speaking to dozens of people, to finally get my money back!All they want is your money! They want you to purchase an extended warranty, which is a useless waste of money, because my original warranty was useless! No one ever helped me before when I actually had a warranty.Basically, no one from Dell has ever bothered to help me with or without a warranty, so the only lesson I have learned from this is not to deal with greeeeeeeedy Dell!Done with Dell & their crappy, expensive, useless laptops with absolutely zero support!Will throw this $600 pos in the garbage! By far, the worst laptop Iever owned!Just sincerely regret ever having purchased anything from this evil, greedy, corrupt company!
