0 stars is what I would give they charged my account after it was closed for a month and would not give a refund. There was absolutely no reason to be charged 2 months after canceling the account but they did anyway and would not refund it. Do not ever use Telstra! i would never use them ever again. Horrible customer service

I'm switching away from Gmail…

I'm switching away from this company and ending all association. I've had a Gmail account for many years, which I've used as my primary email address and login for a number of services. I am also a paying customer.Recently my account was hacked and taken over, despite the fact that I had 2FA and recovery options enabled. Despite this, Google's systems allowed the hacker to access the account and change all 2FA and recovery options, all without notice. I only received a message stating that my password was changed.I have tried every way possible to get help from Google and they have refused every time. They will not even look into the matter and keep referring me to self-serve recovery options which, as I've explained numerous times, will not work now.Advice from me, avoid Gmail and if you are, switch out as soon as possible. Other companies in this space have actual support teams and will at least try to assist.
