UPS is an irresponsible and shameless…

UPS is an irresponsible and shameless company built on lies, doing everything they can to make people hate them. First, they say your package will be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, and you wait the whole day — but the package never arrives. You call their customer service, and they say they don’t know why, that the tracking info hasn’t updated, and the package should arrive in two more days. Then, at the end of the day, they send a message saying “good news,” claiming it will be delivered the next day. You wait again — and again, nothing. You call them, and they say they didn’t load your package, either they forgot or there were some issues. And so you end up waiting an entire week, just until it’s convenient for them to deliver — even though they originally said it would arrive in two days. I’m disgusted by such irresponsible companies and their employees. Is it really that hard to be at least a little competent and responsible?!
