I. WILL. NEVER. PURCHASE. ANOTHER. POS. DELL. LAPTOP!!!!They refuse to help you with the constant, bs problems with your brand new, expensive laptop!They want $100 just to talk to you!I have a $600 new laptop and every time I call, they don't even listen to my problem!All they want is $100 and they will SUPPOSEDLY call me back!Tried that once & they never called me back! It took me two weeks, dozens of phone calls, speaking to dozens of people, to finally get my money back!All they want is your money! They want you to purchase an extended warranty, which is a useless waste of money, because my original warranty was useless! No one ever helped me before when I actually had a warranty.Basically, no one from Dell has ever bothered to help me with or without a warranty, so the only lesson I have learned from this is not to deal with greeeeeeeedy Dell!Done with Dell & their crappy, expensive, useless laptops with absolutely zero support!Will throw this $600 pos in the garbage! By far, the worst laptop Iever owned!Just sincerely regret ever having purchased anything from this evil, greedy, corrupt company!
