Horrible customer service and awful, long wait times both on phone and live chat. Waited over an hour and tried to adjust an order immediately after placing it only to find it couldn't be done.Will never place an on-line order again. Don't waste your time!

Ripped Off, Lied To, FRUSTRATED!

I moved 6 lines to ATT Wireless with assurances that my billing would stay the same as I had on Cricket. I should have known better. For the first 3 months I was greatly over billed and had to contact the sales person to get adjustments. For a few months after I only had to pay $20 / month MORE than I had been paying w Cricket. Then came the price hikes and excuses. Finally, as I'm leaving ATT, one of my phones that was previously UNLOCKED (as it had to be to bring it TO ATT), shows as LOCKED. Now I'm on the phone with them arguing that they need to unlock it. ChatGPT says that ATT notoriously flags phones that were sold by other carriers and locks them. What a load of BS! If you want frustrations and rate hikes, go with ATT. If you want straightforward reliable service for an affordable price, use a reseller such as Cricket. (They use ATT lines anyway.)

Review of mcafee

Spammed by the very product which is supposed to guard against

This software is advised to protect the user from viruses and spam (eg. adware etc.), however McAfee use their platform to spam me, pressing me to buy new anti virus software and in one instance falsely informing me that I was no longer protected, when in fact my account still has 3 months to run. This is misselling at its very worst and is certainly a case for trading standards. The only good thing I can say is that the software appears to be effective in all other regards.

Terrible customer service, would not recommend

This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. I have continously been charged for multiple open accounts under the same card number and have called repeatedly to request a refund and discontinue service. The original charge was $128, and they said they could shut off all charges and accounts for a one time charge (technician fee) of $180. If I don't pay this fee I am locked into auto renewal with them on multiple unused accounts until 2028. Guess I will have to cancel my card and get a new one at this point.

I turned off auto-renewal on July 17, 2023 & 2 weeks later I get a fraud alert from my bank. Then every week McAfee kept trying to charge my account and today they succeeded. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT company, they're supposed to "save" us from scammers, when they're a big scammer themselves.

I bought an item that had over 400 missing parts and i sent Aliexpress multiple photos of what was missing and how many were missing and all they could say was there wasn't enough evidence and closed the claim.Be Careful what you buy from them!In Reply to your message i have replied to your email with a video of the main part that is missing and why i can't finish the ship without it!

There was no help. I tried for a month and I got no response about the concert or tickets. The concert was a telethon for West Texas Rehabilitation and Ricky Skaggs played a couple songs every 45 minutes then there was lots of other stuff involved with a live telethon.Tickets were $12.00 to here some Live music during a telethon.A minimum amount of research on your part would have identified this.

NO SHOW FOR MY LYFT RIDE

I was scheduled to be picked up by my Lyft driver on August 7, 2023 at 5:00 am for a ride to the airport in Salt Lake City. Lyft confirmed the ride and name of the driver. At about 4:45 a.m. that morning I received a text telling me a driver could not be found to take me to the airport and if I wanted to cancel I would not be charged by Lyft for cancelling. Are you kidding me!! It's an hour drive to the air port from my home and I get a notice 15-20 minutes before he should be picking me up??!! We jumped into our own car and drove to the airport and had to leave our car parked in "Long Term Parking" which is what we were trying to avoid during our 15 day vacation out of the country. The people traveling with us also had a Lyft ride to the airport from a different city. They had no problems and got to the airport in good time by their Lyft driver. Their driver told them Lyft should pay for my parking fees when I returned. When I went online to contact Lyft all my ride information and contact information had been deleted!! On my return I paid $175.00 to get my car out of Long Term Parking. I am asking Lyft to pay my airport parking fees. Use to be free to use. Now after only doing one scan, it's asking me to pay. Even after deleting my saved scan, I can't make a new one so now I've lost the scan I've already done.They give no indication on if it's one scan per month or one scan forever so I don't know if I'll ever even be able to use the stupid thing again without having to pay for it.

All pathways are deliberately looped to avoid any contact by redirecting any enquiry to other parts of the site.The only way to reach you is by offering money for a subscription.The site has the poorest GUI experience. The designers appear to enjoy complicating the set out , functions and file system as a means of claiming improved functionality. 1. Support is non – existent despite the apparent references to “contact us” or “support”. The bot system is a useless and frustrating mechanism for any communication.2. Uploads do not function as stated – more often folders are created necessitating exit from the platform then logging in again before any site refresh takes place3. Drag files and folders here to upload – does not function! Files dragged to this area only open as other tabs in any browser and not to the dropbox folder created4. Instructions to upload files simply do not function as explained. The site does not create the upload GUI referred to leaving an empty shared folder not capable of receiving any files5. An attempt to upload files to a new folder results in the following : all files are placed into the users account and NOT the intended folder, or if the option of a folder is given from a dialog box window, attempting to select the folder is always unsuccessful or not confirmed resulting in files uploaded to the folder AND duplicated in the users account.6. Opening new tickets is extraordinarily complicated and if a ticket is created, an attempt to open it results in a loop that cannot be resolved by the user7. The home window hides too much i.e., users are prompted to click around incessantly looking for the status of items, shared folders, shred people8. The delete process is unnecessarily complicated and buried in procedures and menus …..try it ….not less than 8 clicks to get rid of a file / folder

Waze now unable to give reasonable ETAs

Up until a month or two ago, I would have rated Waze as 7 stars out of five, terrific! Something happened in the last month or so to the algorithm or speed sampling. Before, arrival time estimates were solid and within a couple of minutes. Recently, however, the estimates have been up to 50% of the time needed. I drive between the same two points 3 times a day and, after 5 months, I pretty much know the travel times. A normal drive takes about 19-21 minutes on the evening run. In the past few weeks, Waze has reported 12-14 minute drives before departure. Enroute, the times climb back into the “normal” 19-21 minute range.Somehow, this formerly wonderful tool is now inept and only useful for routing, but nowhere near reality on ETAs. Now I understand traffic flows and ebbs. Waze used to be reliable, now it’s a joke.Sad that it is so poor now!

Placed an order on 3/12/19 for wife’s birthday (Delivery 3-5 days)Received an email saying due to busier than expected period item will be a little later (annoying but was happy I was informed) Checked on my items delivery status it said shipped and out for delivery Tuesday. No item Tuesday. Checked on Wednesday- it said expected Friday. Checked again Wednesday to see that it now had no shipping details and didn’t know when the item was expected. I emailed and received a generic computer reply. Emailed again and no reply. I direct messaged on twitter With supporting pictures and no reply. I called the past two days and was in a queue of more than 10 people that never seemed to reduce and then today I’ve called and there’s a short message informing us that they’re not accepting phone calls and the line goes dead. I’m at a loss. Don’t know where my present is. Can’t contact anyone. Just feel so frustrated. What do I do?
