This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. I have continously been charged for multiple open accounts under the same card number and have called repeatedly to request a refund and discontinue service. The original charge was $128, and they said they could shut off all charges and accounts for a one time charge (technician fee) of $180. If I don't pay this fee I am locked into auto renewal with them on multiple unused accounts until 2028. Guess I will have to cancel my card and get a new one at this point.
