Placed an order on 3/12/19 for wife’s birthday (Delivery 3-5 days)Received an email saying due to busier than expected period item will be a little later (annoying but was happy I was informed) Checked on my items delivery status it said shipped and out for delivery Tuesday. No item Tuesday. Checked on Wednesday- it said expected Friday. Checked again Wednesday to see that it now had no shipping details and didn’t know when the item was expected. I emailed and received a generic computer reply. Emailed again and no reply. I direct messaged on twitter With supporting pictures and no reply. I called the past two days and was in a queue of more than 10 people that never seemed to reduce and then today I’ve called and there’s a short message informing us that they’re not accepting phone calls and the line goes dead. I’m at a loss. Don’t know where my present is. Can’t contact anyone. Just feel so frustrated. What do I do?
