Run AWAY from AT + T. Seriously. I was with T-Mobile for 10+ years. I adored them. The only reason I even entertained At+T is T Mobile had an ongoing tech issue to upgrade my iPhone for over a year (I left the country and came back and tried again). I STRESSED to AT+T how important my international service was. The rep in FL told me it would function no problem with roaming like Tmobile. WRONG. As soon as I left the country, I started getting notes about $12 DAILY Charges. What? I messaged At + T - they closed the ticket with NO REPLY. I called internationally and STAYED on hold for 45 min with NO answer. I received a bill for DOUBLE + NO credits from what they promised on promotions yet. I have now filed TWO BBB claims to REFUND all and implement again their ATT Passport (I researched and found out they STOPPED the monthly passport in 2024) WHAT? in our global economy? Their presidents office CALLED me (I am in Bali) repeatedly at 3 am (I saw missed calls in morning). They refused to answer my 5 questions via email or leave a professional voice mail DETAILING all on ensuring my phone is optimized. I have no choice when I travel but to keep my phone in Airplane mode unless connected in WIFI. This is worse than 2000. I filed a FTC suit as well. I found out they have multiple ones. As soon as I am back in USA I am running back to TMOBILE.

No end of problems since installed 2 years ago. Heating coming on at random times and then not coming on at all. Endless calls to customer support to try to resolve issues! Major issue with the fact that customer support only available 8-1pm weekdays!! No returned call when told them our heat link has completely broken so left without heat and hot water for over a week. Now trying to uninstall the damn thing. Worst decision ever made by us and now going to have to pay to go back to the old school / reliable thermostat.

What a absolute shambles of a company. Trying to sort out a billing issue for a family friend and need to speak to someone in authority in that section of the company. I have now waited 5 days and have been promised 3 times but still no call. When I went on to Trustpilot to see how they score over 80 % said they were poor. Getting to know this first hand now. Simple don’t use this company.

The order was handled horribly, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday evening. Today I checked with the delivery company, they said they don't have the package. Now I got another email saying they'll deliver it tomorrow night because it was "sorted incorrectly". Seriously? Horrible experience and no respect whatsoever for one's time. If you allow customers to select a time interval for delivery, stick with it. If you can't do what you claim, remove the option.Horrible company.*UPDATE for those who think that someone from Bol.com will actually contact you. They won't. I waited again today all day, it's 8 pm and still not a sign. The status page of the package at redjepakketje says that they have no update, so the package is nowhere. Bol.com will not cancel my order, they won't do anything basically.

I strongly advise against buying from AliExpress. If an item is faulty, you will have problems with the return process — they don’t want to cover the return shipping costs. In my case, the item was worth £40, but the return cost was £20. So avoid AliExpress by all means.

Great products and fast shipping but one big problem - last mile delivery is absolutely awful in my area - San Diego, California. The packages are thrown over the front gate no matter how many times I complain to the shipping company. The packages are never delivered to my front door but left in a public area ready for thieves to grab! Never had this problem with any other delivery service including USPS which was the original delivery service for AliExpress! Now they have morons delivering the packages!
