The order was handled horribly, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday evening. Today I checked with the delivery company, they said they don't have the package. Now I got another email saying they'll deliver it tomorrow night because it was "sorted incorrectly". Seriously? Horrible experience and no respect whatsoever for one's time. If you allow customers to select a time interval for delivery, stick with it. If you can't do what you claim, remove the option.Horrible company.*UPDATE for those who think that someone from Bol.com will actually contact you. They won't. I waited again today all day, it's 8 pm and still not a sign. The status page of the package at redjepakketje says that they have no update, so the package is nowhere. Bol.com will not cancel my order, they won't do anything basically.
