This is not my first order with TeePublic so I knew what I was getting into. The layout, selections (creativity of artists), and most of all bargin keeps drawing me to TeePublic! The customer service is right on point and cannot be touched. I have never had a bad experience. My hat goes off to all of the creatives and the wonderful staff. A++ keep up the wonderful work!

I’m stuck overseas with $3,300 trapped in my PayPal account — money sent by family. I no longer live in the U.S., and PayPal refuses to let me withdraw without a U.S. bank account or phone number. They won’t return the money to the senders either. I’ve contacted support multiple times with no real help. How is this legal? How can a global company lock away someone’s money with no way out?

As a seller, if you have to cancel an order, you have to pay a full refund from your personal debit account and then wait days to get only a percentage of it back. Completely lost out on my own money! Fuming. Use Vinted, it's way better.

I purchase a car amplifier from woot, I didn't take it out the box right away, I left it in the box for 90 days. Then when I took it out to hook it up, it did not work. Woot said the item was brand new when I purchased it, so I thought everything was good to go. Then when I contacted them and told them what happened, they told me I had the item too long. That was no help to me and I decided, I'm not going to shop at woot anymore. Sometimes I buy stuff and it might sit in the box, two or three months before I take it out.

It's a good starter cart but as your business grows you will very quickly learn it will hold you back.
In our case it's like steeping over dollars to pick up pennies.
Over the last year or so I had contacted them with a number of shortcomings, the actual support is great, but they can't help you if the software was not designed for the real commerce in the 1st place.
Let me give you a gleaming example: Ebay listing option allows you to list ONLY 1 image, yes....you are reading this right. In the image driven world where a picture is worth a thousand words, Big Commerce support told me they had never heard anybody asking for more than one image.......really?
The worst part about it is, there is no reason for a such a dumb shortcoming.
So....try to sell clothing, shoes, etc, etc. Big Commerce Ebay feature is useless, this is coming from a provider claiming to make your life easier.

Obviously everyone giving low reviews are business owners who have terrible businesses that people are complaining about. I am not a business owner. And I love Yelp. It’s very helpful in finding anything from a restaurant to a vet to a dentist to a hotel to a plumber to you name it. Yelp is also great at working with business owners to give great perks to members of the elite. Love Yelp

It gets even worse, signed up to £20 a mth subscription which they double charged, got a refund from the credit card company and now they have blocked all incoming and outgoing email. I wouldn't recommend anyone making reservations from this website. Just look at trustpilot scores. I contacted them to ask them some simple questions about a hotel I spoke to beforehand. They were clearly scamming customers because he said he would demand more money on arrival, even though I would have paid fully beforehand through Hotels.com.I wanted to talk to Hotels.com about this, because such hotels should not be on any websites as this one. No one should promote these hotels. But the customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to. I have to write a booking number. I don't have one. Can't I contact you to get information? To give you information about scamming hotels? That would be a service to you!Never will I ever browse Hotels.com again and I'm the one people ask these things. I will steer them away from here. Garbage company.

No support & extremely dismissive, Harry.I requested an exchange of my garmin watch as the battery life has unexpectedly degraded drastically. I explained to Customer Support that I usually, as written in my email, "turn off the HR wrist sensor, leave bluetooth on and GPS, and that could last 4 days". I further explained with whatever is going on, perhaps from a software update, I am only getting 2 days. All I get from Harry are tips to extend the life.I didn't ask for tips -- I asked for a possible exchange. Not even one sentence to acknowledge possible exchanges or why you wouldn't do an exchange, suggesting there's just a template response from the Customer Support team. I get how to extend life, but my battery shouldn't be behaving (from 4 days to 2 days) this way if I have always kept the same settings as I had before.
