I ordered two sets of Waterford crystal toasting flutes for engagement presents. One flute in each set came completely shattered. There wasn't anyone to talk to and resolve this issue. No live agents online, no live agent on the phone. The return policy stated merchandise needed to be in good condition to send it back. I was stuck. So I opened a dispute with my American Express. Macy's won't get their money. It is no surprise this company is closing stores. They will go out of business. I am reordering from a different store.
