WARNING!!! If you’re a Canadian consumer, don’t EVER order from Bed Bath and Beyond. I repeat “do not order from this company.” I ordered three items and was charged in full but never received my items except a damaged one. After multiple calls, I finally received one out of the three items, which came damaged. I have since asked for a refund or replacement of this damaged item but there has been no response. The other two items I ordered are nowhere to be found. The tracking number shows no movement of the items. I have called multiple times and spoken with multiple agents (Steven, Tiya, Kathy, Renee) but all they keep doing is creating cases and implying they’re looking into it. However, nothing has come out of this. Thankfully, I alerted my bank and this scam is being taken care of.I read the online reviews just after placing my orders, otherwise I would never have made such a grave mistake of placing an order with this unethical company. Don’t make this same mistake. I called customer service today, Dec. 11 and was on hold for 3 hours 15 minutes after which the call was disconnected. Can you believe it??? Over 3 hours on hold, after which I was disconnected without speaking to anyone. Needless to say, I will not be wasting any more of my valuable time by reaching out to this company again. Neither will I make the mistake of placing an order with this company EVER again. I’m doing my due diligence by making sure others are alerted. Hence, this is a public alert so no one else makes the same mistake of ordering from this company.
