Review of eventbrite
Tickets advertised for a yoga event but didn't see the eventbrite fees coming and it was too late to stop my partner buying them for me. A £32 ticket (treat) now comes out at £37.06 due to a fee (that's actually nearly 15%) plus £0.49 PER TICKET - why can't event promoters include the fees in the tickets (just like an airline charging you extra to check in on line, or even more to check in at the airport. Its not like you can't check in so why not include the fees in the headline price!!). I have got PDF tickets that my partner managed to get hold of so at least that's something compared to other experiences people have had. No refunds either - I could gift or re-sell the tickets (as if someone else is going to be a mug like me and pay what we paid for them.....)

Awful company. Spent years playing one of their games. The email account I set it up with was closed because I hadn’t used it for years. Contacted them to change the email for me, they refused. Said I didn’t give them enough details to change it. They had my personal details, my IP address, bank card details and everything but apparently wasn’t enough. What a waste of money spent and wasted years of gaming. Do not recommend this company at all. Take your money then deny you use of the products you’ve bought. Con con con

Bought command and conquer on Origin some time ago. Decided to revisit the game. Was forced to download EA Play. Ok. Found my old purchases from Origin. All good I thought. Want to actually play any of those games? No chance. None worked. Tried some “community fix’s nothing. Resorted to buying again through steam. Come on EA!

I think the product is OK but thus far I've been VERY disappointed with their customer service response times. I suspect the problem is not with the employees but more with management. They are either understaffed or just have lousy design of their Customer Experience. I also find it very hard to believe that a company could have survived as long as they have and NOT have better customer service. I had a basic account with them several years ago and had no problem that I can recall but this time around (w/i the last couple of weeks) it's been very erratic communicating with them. I just upgraded to Business Plan but I must say it's questionable whether I'll be renewing next month. I'll probably check out some alternatives even though the first time I did I thought Animoto had the best offering for what I wanted.

I switched from one company to McAfee yesterday but today I will be cancelling that!!!!!!! I tried to install it on my Mac spent several hours messing and finally gave up and call MCAFEE. 3 attempts later i get one woman(Asian of course ) who could NOT get my email address after I spelt it out 3 times. So i asked for someone else, she refused, so I asked for a supervisor, she said we don't have any available!!!!!!!! So I called again not much better but he did finally say " he needed to transfer me to the Apple/McAfee group, so i waited maybe 10 minutes then got some other Asian woman she kept asking me if I had a PC or a MAC???!!!!!! isn't this the Apple/McAfee group? Well she wasn't able to answer that so I asked for a supervisor and I did finally get one(MAYBE) and she said she would have to set up a call with one of her second level techs to help me. So that was set for today at 7am PST. Well it is now 7:25am PST and NO PHONE CALL. IF this is the best a computer company can do well they can STUFF IT!

I am giving the company one star because I cannot give it no stars. I purchased baby furniture on 6 March 2021. Delivery was 29 March and 7 April. Nothing fit together. All items are unusable as is. Dresser had wrong brackets and was missing the support piece - which they insist they delivered. Mattress was wrong size for crib. They refuse to fix or replace the items within the 15 day window I am allowed to return. I have spent hours trying to work with them. I did find a customer rep who speaks English but his ability to help is limited. I will NEVER purchase another item from them. These items were expensive and I thought I was purchasing them from a quality company. I am so sorry I did not read the reviews first.

FRAUD : What they're doing is pure misleading advertising. They attract attention with a €0.99 offer, only to then bill over €240.Their instructions are far from clear, and judging by the numerous comments online, this is a widespread sentiment. They should seriously rethink their approach to be more transparent and avoid deceiving people.What's more, they regularly delete negative comments about them on social media (Instagram). An extremely negative experience!!

Absolutely horrible, no need to order from them cause you'll never get to see your order anyway. They promise to deliver your package in a few days but it almost never happens. It would be one thing to fail to deliver your item on time but they send you a message saying youy package has arrived only to find out when you get home that it has not. You have no idea where it might be and the customer service tells you it happens a lot. Still they do nothing about it.

Bad customer service.. no responsibility on helping customers to get a refund. I called agoda in time to cancel for a partial refund but they said they contacted the property but the property took many days to respond and denied not to give a partial refund back to me and agoda just took that answer as no refund for me and that’s all. Nothing else they could do to assist me but only said sorry and that’s it but I lost money just like that? Such a scam business! Very bad. Stay away from Agoda! Big red flag! Scam!!! I would give no star if I could!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless customer service, absolutely useless website, and absolutely useless phone system. I was on hold last night for an hour and disconnected. Today I was on hold for 1/2 an hour and the same thing. My aunt paid an additional $20 for expedited shipping with a before Christmas delivery date. Nothing has been received and of course no one answers the phone or emails. I'm going to have her dispute the charge to her card.
