Purchased a pair of crocs online which took 3 weeks to be delivered. Size was too big and was returned on same day as delivery. I have been waiting over a month for my refund and customer service was very poor as no communication has been made after serval emails sent. Avoid buying anything from this site!!

For a supposed Leading Company they are in the dark ages with their customer support and problem-solving. They simply could not give a hoot. They don't even have a complaints department! Trust gone. Certainly will not be recommending them, quite the contrary.

eBay stole $7 of my money 2 years ago. I sold an item and delivered it to the USA with proof of delivery. Ebay then created some fake situation with my login stating that it wasn't me who was logging into my ebay account and demanded all kinds of documents from me, such as my passport, my driver's license, my power and water bills etc. etc. Knowing that ebay has been sued for stalking its customers I refused to provide my private documents to ebay. Their support stated that even if I don't provide the docs to ebay I will still be paid the outstanding money (just under $7), but that has never happened and it's been almost 2 years since ebay kept my money.

I’ve been a C1 costumer for many years. But will be closing my accounts and leaving. Today was the last straw of the rudeness, not -knowing, wrong information giving representatives. Nobody is on the same page, every rep gives you the wrong info , nobody notates the account, your constantly verify , verify , verify but it can take up to 60 days for a government state issued “SOCIAL SECURITY “ check to clear????? That’s absurd! They clear checks when they want to, The alleged supervisor Jennifer frm C1 told me that there waiting on social security to verify the check first, and there’s nothing that they can do about it. I asked if I can take my check back and they said no? Why? Cause it’s already pending .. so what it’s MY CHECK and my money . So when this is squared away I am definitely closing my accounts and going to my other bank NFCU .

I ordered Clinique products from Ulta online. Because there was a free gift with a purchase price threshold, I ordered additional products to qualify for the free gift. It did not arrive with the purchased products. When I called to complain, The representative refused to make it right. (Their customer service is obviously foreign based as I could barely understand her.). Never using Ulta again.
