Overall a great option for creating short visually pleasing video/photo clips.Easy to pick up and use, easy to edit design and create videos, auto links to social media, YouTube uploading all very good.Negatives or areas to improve: Pay as you go price point is a little steep (£50pm), the annual price point is almost 50% off, as an occasional user I'd suggest a slightly lower price point may attract more customers or consider a quarterly payment option. however if that's not a worry for you I'd say that the number of stock images or videos that you can use is low - we used our own photo's or royalty free images and videos from pexels where needed. All in this is an excellent product for creating content that will be more engaging on social media, networking sites (Linkedin for example) or your own websiteRecommended

I ordered a sofa in September. While it go delivered quickly, the design looked completely different from the picture on the website, hence I requested a return and sent it back a week after receiving it. I had already paid by invoice and now started waiting for my refund. Apparently, Otto has terms that say that you will receive your refund after 6! weeks. However, after 6 weeks, the amount was still not there. I called - the first time - and was told that I had to do nothing, the refund would come.After another three weeks, I called again, now I was being told that I needed to submit my account details. Interesting. I had not received any email, no notification telling me they needed my bank account details to refund me. I provided the bank info and another week goes by - no refund. I call again today and am being told that the purchase price has been credited to my Otto account. Untrue because I checked. It now needed to be sent to my bank account and that would take another 12 working days. I should be patient. Still waiting for 900 €. I guarantee that I will have to call again. I wonder whether they will pay my interest for working with my money for three months. Unbelievable! Don't purchase anything of higher value from OTTO.Update on Dec 20th: Still no refund received. I just spent 10 min waiting for a customer rep, then my call was dropped. I called back and was told the refund was issued today. I checked my bank balance, no refund received. Looks like I will have to call them again tomorrow. How is it that amazon refunds within a week of receiving a return and Otto is incapable to come within 6 weeks?

I have the 1st gen camera that connects to the Nest app. I have been very happy with it and how it works. This week, I bought a new camera to put in another location and the 2nd gen camera does not work with the Nest app and only works with the Google Home app. The Google Home application is horrible and I would only recommend to my worst enemy. Needless to say, I am sending their camera back and now looking to buy more cameras for my other system (Arlo). And here I thought Google had their crap together. Boy was I wrong!

I never thought I would be reviewing the BBB until now. Long time small biz owner who paid for BBB membership and accreditation for years. A+ rated always. I am 84 yrs old and had hip replacement in Oct 2023. I was hospitalized and then in assisted living for 7 weeks and returned home Dec 20th 2023. I find emails threating me from the BBB for violation of trademark infringement for displaying the BBB logo I have always displayed. Angry I reached out to the BBB and no lone returned my calls. I should also add my A+ rating dropped to an F rating while I was gone. Finally I spoke to their legal department and because I missed 2 months payments to them while in the hospital they dropped my accreditation and rated my business an F now. They said I can re apply in 30 days. There is no way in hell I will ever be a BBB small business subscriber ever again. This is so unprofessional on so many levels it makes my blood boil.
