3 lost orders tracking # do not match the address on my invoices…

I don't want to go into detail but I have place 3 orders with Mercari, one order was totally canceled I was emailed stating the next 2 had been shipped and was given tracking #. One order I never received as for the last order I was emailed stating the order had been delivered which it was not at my address. I contacted my local post office and gave them the tracking # for both orders and was told that the tracking number was not for my address so someone else received my purchase. I have contacted Discover for a refund and am waiting. I cannot contact Mercari by phone (no service in my area is their response) and they do not respond to my emails. I highly recommend NOT USING Mercari, their platform is very unfriendly as to addressing your concerns. I have spoken to Discover about this problem and they are aware of it, they have received numerous complaints.

Refrigerator installation fail

We bought a refrigerator and it came with free installation. The first delivery team was not able to install the ice maker because they didn't have the right fittings. The next group couldn't install it because we had copper tubing (the first group never said this was a problem). Do not trust this store or the people.

Deceptive Billing Practices

Deceptive Billing PracticesI thought I was signing up for one license at $14.00 per month, billed annually for a total of $180.00. I did not realize that what I was actually signing up for was for three licenses for a total of $540.00 per year. I was not told of the total until I received an invoice a day later, when it was too late (according to them) to cancel. I have cancelled my account, but they refuse to refund my monies. I have made a complaint to the FCC and the FTC and am disputing the charge.

Terrible support with huge bugs!

We created a QR code and printed it on hundreds of products. Then our QR code disappeared from the system. When I asked customer service if they could restore it because it is causing us a lot of damage, they said they were aware of the problem and would let me know when it was fixed. That's all. They didn't care at all about our loss due to their software not working.This is not the first time I haven't found customer service useful and just wasted my time with it, just like with the program, which often doesn't work the way it should.The management should be replaced very quickly, otherwise the company will go bankrupt...

Awful support experience

I find the user experience very good. But the support is awful! You can’t reach nobody and I specially hate the fact that they are concerned that my credit card is expiring when I already payed for this whole year. What’s the deal? I seriously considering abandoning Zoom since I finde unacceptable that they are creating problems when one has just payed for the service that he is using at the moment and that will last for more 10 months!!

Ordered what was promoted and advertised as a discounted bundle...I had a painfully upsetting, time consuming and stressful experience at the hands of this online billion dollar/pound cartel!!!Clearly, their online ordering process, and Mi.com (Xiaomi) as a entity is very clever and overly detailed as are their T&C's for one obvious reason; even their returns process stalls and drags it's feet to cause customers to exhaust the 14 day returns window. And it's all to load everything in their favour, increase sales volume and make customers fully accountable for every step of the buying process.And if things should go wrong, or an honest error is made even by a partially sighted date sable vulnerable customer ...that customer is abandoned.Their overseas India or wherever call staff agents will sound and pretend to be sympathetic, friendly and helpful ..but is all a big corporate sham owned and run by Xiaomi and China, who simply care only about selling selling selling and being a monopoly.NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO NEAR MI.COM (XIAOMI) 😡

There are so many ads that the site often crashes or is otherwise unreadable. The worst ads are for earwax, bad breath and toe fungus which show up all the time regardless of how often I say that they’re not relevant to me. Yuck!

So frustrated- Don’t buy!!!!!!!

So frustrated! Ordered Nov 24. It is now Dec 4. My transaction is still pending. Based on these reviews, I wish I had not ordered these. Now the cost of two pairs is looming in my bank account and I have no idea when they will take the money. It seems unlikely that I will get these by Christmas. I have to leave the money in the account and can’t buy my girls new gifts until I know about these. Merry Christmas to us.

Thieves. No other way to describe them. By some underhanded, surreptitious manner they have managed to find the details of my new debit card and billed that without agreement or authorization. My billing was only ever associated to a card I was forced to cancel as it no longer physically functioned. Before I had the chance to either decide whether or not to continue with the Asana subscription and update billing details - they managed to find the new card info and billed it after I received 2 failed payment emails - related to the original card.This is pure fraud. The result of which will be as many fraud cases I can file anywhere and everywhere I can. This type of behaviour is unacceptable - companies that can't do better should be called out and suffer whatever consequences can be levied against them. Avoid at all costs!

Was invited to print an album from google photos. I invested 1h into curating the album. In the end, an error message prevented me from ordering or saving the album. Printed albums are not available in Switzerland yet. WTF. I am paying for Google Photos. Bad experience!

The Ulta here in Albuquerque on Holly…

The Ulta here in Albuquerque on Holly street does not honor warranties for electric appliances like blow dryers. The booklet that came with this Chi blow dryer clearly states that it is warranted for 2 years. It had only been a little over a year since I bought this product. The clerk said I would have to send the product back to the company, even though the pamphlet said to take it back to the store to get my money back. The clerks there are not very helpful or knowledgeable.
