Much appreciared.I have tried use the link you sent but it leads me down all sorts of rabbit holes, making it virtually impossible to make a helpful suggestion, so I will continue the conversation here.Just to be clear, I am not asking for help. I am offering a suggestion to improve MailerLite, an excellent product. MailerLite takes users to the Review and Schedule screen when reviewing an email campaign prior to sending. There is an important field missing from this screen - the Preheader field. If a user clones an email campaign, the preheader will also be cloned and will usually need to be updated. The Preheader field needs to be on the Review and Schedule screen to prompt users to make any necessary updates. I, and presumably hundreds of other users, have sent out several campaigns with inappropriate preheaders. I hope this is helpful.ORIGINAL MESSAGEI have been using email platforms for 30 years, and recently switched to using MailerLite from Mailchimp. I would like to make a suggestion to MailerLite. There appears to be a small but annoying glitch in their system leading to incorrect preheaders being sent out with email campaigns. It could be fixed very easily. I am on a free plan and it is impossible to make contact with Mailerlite unless I upgrade to a paid plan. I am trying to help them!

So the U.K.'s Sunday Times has voted the new Jack Reacher book the Sentinel a number one bestseller. I would certainly take that with a pinch of salt.The Times newspaper like many others receives their free copy of the Sentinel whether they read it or not I am not sure, but you can be sure that these newspapers will earn a lot out of advertising and it's free advertising for the book as well.The fact is the Sentinel was brought mostly by the long-standing fans of the many Reacher novels. And as this was the first book by Andrew child the fans brought it in the hundreds and thousands. They only brought it as a test to see if Andrew child would live up to the standard of his brother's writing. He had failed badly. Now his true fans will buy his second book to see if he has taken any notice of the terrible feedback the Sentinel has received yet, the times newspaper has also taken no notice as well. The true test of this change over in writer will come with a second look if Andrew child has ignored its readership they will not buy the third book. In the Sentinel Reacher has moved to Decaf Coffee and it really does show in the writing. Maybe the Times Newspaper book compiler is also on decaf as well.

In keeping with many online companies engaged in "enshitification" Hotels.com have rejigged their order confirmation process to herd people through their app.As such, confirmation emails no longer come with your itinerary attached ready for you to print out and show. Instead every attempt to see your booking directs you to a webpage, which invites you to sign in to the app. Worse, hotels.com seems to have implanted something in their emails which prevents you forwarding them onwards to another email address. The whole process becomes time consuming and frustrating.The message is clear from Hotels.com, they want to own you through their app. This is precisely the sort of thing I run a mile from. I have no idea what the booking number is. I'll just have to hope the hotel in France keeps good records. I won't be using hotels.com again.

Awful appI have the app on an Amazon Fire stick and it's the most glitchiest app ever. It freezes, goes black and doesn't reload if paused. Awful.I've had to restart the fire stick on occasion and that's the only way to get it to work again. Such a waste of time. I can see why it gets so many 1* reviews.
