I really like the platform.I had just one unexpected experience: I finished the question before answer all the questions because the buttons confused me (I clicked at the "finish" button instead the button "next question")

I was charged $249 with no prior notice or communications a few days ago. I logged onto my account to cancel and saw the "deadline" was the same day I was charged, so I cancelled, expecting a refund. However, three days later, they responded that they do not give refunds. I had originally subscribed in 2021 for $69, but no company communication or notifications since then about rate changes (plus I don't remember signing up for auto renewal). Not only is this scammy, I think it's actually illegal to charge without prior notification, particularly when the rate has gone up, according to California and New York law (they are based in San Francisco and I am in NY). Don't subscribe!

The Shapeways team has always worked hard to ensure that I receive my orders (I worked directly with Adela Zemkova). The customer service is very friendly, timely, and active in getting issues resolved. I placed an order that was lost by USPS and Shapeways worked hard to find a solution that worked best for me. You don’t find that kind of customer service everywhere! I have been and will continue to be a return customer due to the great customer service!

I don't want to give 1star for the product & customer care support. One of my worst experience. I thought Nokia brand name previous experience i bought one feature phone Nokia150 for my grandma within 3 months it's dead not worked and also when I try to charge it get heat. I don't know what to do I have raised query in Nokia support they send me mail within 2 days also asked me to share basic details through mail. I also shared those details. Again they asked my to share videoclip of the phone not working also that video should be clear and one more thing the size of videoclip should be veryless size they told like within12mb. I also shared those within they said limitations. But again he asked me to share the videoclip for 4 to 5times I share those. They asked to hold for 5to7 working days. But no mail came from Nokia customer support. I again asked for update. They told like logistic person will come and pickup phone from me. But none of them came it almost goes for 1month no one came I keep on followup on mail. Finally they arrange pickup after 1month. Returnguy pickup phone from me. after that now proper response from Nokia team. I'm keep on followup on mail & calls they asked me to wait for 4 to 7 working days. Still now no response. Return guy pickup phone from me more than 2 weeks. I don't know what to do withthis totally money waste time waste. So don't buy Nokia products. If any fault occurs they won't give proper support. Very very bad experience...

Mcafee is sending me daily emails with "Last warning. your subscription has finished, you are not protected" and more scary threats. I have never had a subscription and never paid for their software - and I never will.I have clicked unsubscribe about 50 times, have blocked their address and nothing helps, they keep spamming me.

Very bad service, I have purchase Grocery items vide Order No OD116844431170014000, dated 21st Oct 19, for amounting Rs 3187/-, while making payment through card the money deducted but their phone system not shown than i have again paid through CASH, that means i paid twice, i raised a complain till not, they have not solved, they contacted six times but every time the answer is same it will be refund within 48 hrs.. The items condition: Egg was broken conditions.

Ordered a brand new ps5 online for my son for Christmas and came home and opened the box to find a ps4 in the box. It looked used since it had dust inside. The guy was nice and dumbfounded like I was and gave me a $53 discount. Just want to know how something like this could happen.

So the BBC have invented time travel and gone back to a time when swipe left and right had not been invented.I know it wasnt great in the last version ie: going backwards didn't get you to the same place in the previous page, but it worked.Not repeating all the other complaints but agree this was clearly never trialled and reviews of the previous version shortcomings were not taken into account (or understood). Seems that not only is the BBC as a whole dumbing down but this is permeating into App design.BBC look at the competition and like the competition copy the good bits.

Target’s online delivery system is incredibly misleading and needs to be addressed immediately. If you’re going to charge a shipping fee and then suddenly change the delivery date to a much later one, the least you can do is refund or credit that fee. Being told, “there’s nothing we can do, you just have to wait until the product arrives,” is both unacceptable and unprofessional.I placed an order online with an expected delivery date of “2 days.” The following day, I received an email stating that the product would now arrive in 2 WEEKS. This is wrong on so many levels—misleading, bordering on false advertising, and entirely unethical.It feels like a tactic to secure the sale, taking advantage of customers with empty promises. It’s disappointing to see such practices from a corporation of this size, paired with such poor online customer service.
