BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T JOIN!
Could not cancel the auto renew from phone and did not have a chance to do it before it renewed. Immediately contacted customer service, and tried for days but they WILL NOT contact me back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service, be careful!
