Review of bloomberg
I'm absolutely amazed how a company like Bloomberg could run such a rubbish subscription service and even worse having a team of incompetent at Customer service (Mr Daniel in specific), chatbot are more helpful, shame on them. Will run this pass the Ombudsman as I feel I've been robbed.

What a joke. Isn't the single job of an email app the ability to send and receive emails?! Stop trying to innovate and siphon every last dollar out of people and just focus on doing the one job right. You ruined Xbox by thinking you know what you're doing can you just focus on one thing please?!

Review of google
Worst service ever. Never works, partnered services always blamed. Customer support is a joke. On top of it all, even if your service only works half the month, proven and agreed by Google, you pay full price. It's a literal scam. This is what the world has come to corporations just take money and have zero business ethics. Am in the process of moving everything related to Google to other services because of this eye opening experience.

Review of garmin
I've had a Garmin 945 watch for four weeks. It gives a wealth of information about my fitness etc that my old 920XT didn't, although it's going to take time to understand the half of it and work out if it's useful. The watch face looks smart and modern. BUT:1) The screen is hard to read while training, especially in bright light, and impossible when I wear sunglasses. I've got the settings at their maximum to little effect.2) When running, I'm interested in cadence and my stride length. My 920 displayed this while I was running; I don't know if it was 100% accurate but didn't need it to be, I just want a consistent reading. But to have average stride length with the 945, I need to buy a Running Dynamics pod. Why? The watch knows how many steps I've taken (it still displays cadence figures) and how far I've gone, so why can't it calculate and provide this figure without an add-on? It feels as if Garmin's only priority is to make money. 3) Following on from the above, TWO chest heart rate monitors? Really?! 4) As an aside, Garmin Connect has for some time displayed the outside temperature on the map and seems to be accurate. The 945 now gives you a chart of the temperature during the activity and it is absolutely ridiculous. I think it takes the temperature from the watch itself and most days it reckons the temperature is around 30 degrees C at the start and goes down to about 20 by the finish. It displays this when the temperature on the map is under 10 degrees C. No one is going to run while holding onto the watch by the strap, so the temperature chart is useless and unhelpful.Unless Garmin changes its sole priority of transparently maximising revenue and offering little for it, this is going to be my last Garmin device.
Review of doordash
have been working as a DoorDash Dasher . For over six months, my account was malfunctioning continuously, and despite contacting support multiple times a day, the issues were never properly resolved. Occasionally, a main manager would temporarily fix the problem, but it always returned the next day or after I paused my account. Most recently, my account was deactivated overnight without explanation, severely affecting my income. DoorDash relies on cheap, ineffective support and punishes drivers unfairly. If you’re considering working for DoorDash, be cautious about their poor treatment and lack of support.

Absolute worst support you can imagine. They claim to have live chat support, but ONLY offer AI support thru it, otherwise you open a ticket. Going on day 3 (editing to say 14 days now) with no response or follow up to the last ticket. The editor they use is clunky and complicated as hell, not something that can be easily picked up on by someone that isn't familiar with other CMS's (thankfully I am, and managed to figure it out) but the fact their claim to fame is making the web easier gets a great chuckle out of me and I'm certain other web developers as well.Their website consistently errors out with 504s forcing constant reloads, and they do everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. In my opinion, this service is only good for buying pre-made templates that can be easily edited, otherwise the money spent vs value received isn't worth it.
Review of southwest
My luggage was delayed, causing me having to spend extra funds and make an additional round trip to the airport the next day. The agent on the night we arrived promised me that Southwest would handle my complaint swiftly and reimburse me for all my extra costs. Instead, Southwest has ignored the receipts I sent (including an extra day of parking fees, Uber, and missing brand new sunscreen) and the documentation showing my round trip the next day to the airport and back. All they do is make unrelated replies, which allows them to reset the clock another thrity days. Then when I call, I get the response, "Well sir, we have 30 days to respond to any messages you send, no matter our response." Southwest has rightfully earned the nickname SouthWorst. Even the intial response from Sumi in customer service states that he is sorry there was a delay to my luggage. He instructed me to attach all supporting documents for reimbursement. I did that. Then after finally responding after 30 days, he said, "Please attach a photo of the damaged luggage." Um what?!?!?! Yeah, they are there to play games with customers. I've been our over $141 for over month because of SouthWorst delaying my luggage. I've been such a loyal customer to them. Time to give Delta a try.

I’m very disappointed in the way customer service abroad is handling refunds, price adjustments and refunding monies for return merchandise. Whenever I call the person at the other end sounds as if they are in the Philippine. It’s difficult to understand what they are saying.

Review of hubspot
The CRM is solid. But be careful about what you are buying. We have found the following issues: 1) The basic workflow does not automatically allow you to email your customers unless you have the marketing package!!!! (+ $1000/mth)2) You can lose features based on what they want. Thus, you end up paying the same for something that does less. This is unfair. Sign up with Hubspot with caution.. a CRM is the lifeblood of an organisation, and it can be hard to remove yourself once you are in bed with them. I would look elsewhere.

Review of cloudflare
For the third time in less than a year we are apologizing to our customers because our web service was down for an extended period. All due to Cloudflare screw-ups. And we were a paying customer. And there will not be a fourth time, We have switched to a different CDN provider. And after all these problems, we have yet to receive anything even close to to an apology or even an explanation from Cloudflare. Their support is arrogant and generally unhelpful. And they refuse to refund our monthly fee after the last snafu.A company I would advise to never do business with.
Review of termly
"Melissa Albert was instrumental in assisting me with converting HTML to PDF. Being somewhat tech-challenged, her guidance made the process incredibly simple and straightforward. Tremly's support has been invaluable, and knowing they are there to help ensures my continued reliance on their services. Highly recommended for their expertise and user-friendly assistance."
