I trusted Google Ads to help grow my business, but instead, I was misled into overspending with little to no return. I followed Google’s automated budget recommendations, assuming they were designed to improve performance, only to be left with an unexpectedly massive bill.When I raised my concerns with Google Ads Support, they were dismissive and refused to escalate my case to a senior manager. Despite my repeated attempts to explain that I did not manually increase my budget—Google’s system did—it was simply blamed on me, and no refund or credit was offered.This experience has severely impacted my business financially. Google should warn advertisers properly before pushing them to increase budgets, rather than prioritizing their own profits. If you’re a small business owner considering Google Ads, be extremely cautious—what seems like helpful recommendations may just be a way to get you to spend more with no guarantee of results.Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and support from such a major company.

The team was so welcoming and helpful. They were open to every request and able to create or resolve solutions. The time difference caused the project to stretch out further - response times and in person meetings were further apart. That was not a problem for this project. We have a beautiful fully function website that meets all our needs.

Microsoft support is an absolute joke. My refund request for an unplayable game was rejected, with the excuse saying that I have already played the game.I WAS SPENDING ALL MY TIME TRYING TO FIX THE LAG ISSUES THAT BLIZZARD FAILED TO DELIVER.

Long story short, Uber pre-book is not a service you can rely on. If you’re pre-booking a ride/ taxi for a time sensitive event, I would recommend you use another company. Uber should not offer a pre-book service if they can’t provide it. I had pre-booked an Uber approx. a week in advance for a ride to Gatwick airport (ahead of a holiday/ vacation).The pick up time was in the early hours of the morning at 4:15AM.On the day, Uber cancelled my driver 11 MINUTES before the pick up time. It was incredibly stressful trying to find an alternative given we didn’t have the luxury of time and we’re now at risk of missing our flight. The Uber representative I spoke to on the phone was polite but not helpful at all and didn’t seem to understand the urgency or issue. We were lucky that eventually we secured a driver who picked up our ride & we made it to Gatwick in time to catch our flight. He couldn’t believe what had happened with Uber. The ride cost more than what the pre-booked ride was. It took countless messages back & forth with Uber before they said they would refund the difference. I’ve never been so stressed ahead of a vacation/ holiday.

Ordered what I thought was a set of 3 golf wedges, but only received one wedge (56 degree). The description was, "golf wedges 52 56 60 degree" with an accompanying picture of 3 wedges. Either they forgot to send the other two, or the description is very, very misleading. Returning the wedge and won't be ordering from TEMU again.

They sent the wrong model of outboard part.Clearly marked on box as the wrong part.Robot chat said, "not eligible for replacement".Can't talk to a human, only robot chat.No option to rectify, stuck with it.Won't shop there again regardless of the cheap prices.

Steer clear of from this scam. I've had several sales from my customers, using their "SquareSpace Payments" as a payment processor. For several days now, I've never been able to setup a payout, the support team lies to you and say they will fix things within 1 hour, yet there has been no resolution to my issue since May 17th

This is one of the money grabbing not to care company. I had the please in purchasing a scooter from Halfords. After the motor stopped working, I only had it for 4 weeks. I was directed to Xiaomi to be fixed, they tried everything not to fix it. At the end I contacted Halfords, after threatening them with legal action, Halfords replaces it. Don’t purchase from Xiaomi. And make sure you go back to Halfords and demand for them to deal with it. Even Halfords tried not to help.

I live in Spain, I dont want south american spanish.. which IS different. I find the stupid voices difficult to understand, and sometimes they dont even draw breath to complete the sentance, it is spoken so quickly. As for slowing the speech.. we are treated like idiots.. just speak normally and slightly slower than you would do to someone who understands. Definately not for adult learning.. the different characters and voices are just inane and irritating. I joined in Dec 2024.. I can't see me continuing, even tho it is a paid annual subscription.
