Train and rail strikes cause us to be late for a showing (coming from a very long distance so knew well in advance, phoned Disney and the Lyceum 2 hours before the show started (so not like the tickets couldn’t be resold and it’s a sold out show.) and was told tough luck. Advisor on the line at Disney was really unhelpful and didn’t seem bothered or even arsed to talk to me. Couldn’t get me off the phone quicker. Pretty poor from Disney, but what do you expect.

Ridiculous refund policy compared to…

Ridiculous refund policy compared to Steam. Bought a game with wrong version two days earlier. The system doesn't allow rebuying another version with the same account. Cannot return the game after downloading it. Nothing I can do except opening a new account. Customer service acts like a bot and only gives uniform replies with no human customization. And there's no way to submit a reply to follow up the case. I understand this is to prevent players exploit the refund policy but I am still playing the game and want an upgraded version. Absolutely an outdated customer service system. For PC players who use to enjoy the customized service in Steam, beware of this inflexible system in PS Store! Cannot imagine this happening in 2024.

Unintended Pro+ subscriptionI do not like how they trick you into getting a Pro+ subscription instead of the free trial. Fortunately, once I contacted the company, they gave me a refund. But otherwise, very unethical, especially if people aren't paying any attention, just clicking through. I wasn't paying much attention, but managed to catch them in the act.

Ride cost nearly 4 times Uber

I was charged nearly $200 for a 19 mile drive. I have been exclusively using Lyft. I was desperate so I accepted the cost. As I was waiting I started installing the Uber app. After I had been on the Lyft ride for a few miles, I was able to see a price for a comparable Uber ride. It was $55 and change. It would probably have been 60 something dollars for a ride on Uber. Your pricing was way out of line. I feel taken advantage of and will be checking Uber prices first before I check yours.PS The driver was helpful and drove well. Nice clean vehicle. He received a 5.

Customer support for hosts doesn't exist!

Customer support for hosts doesn't exist! It is unclear what number to dial if you even find that information. I had a problem with a reservation, I was finally able to talk to somebody in english who could not help me. He said that it will be forwarded to a "concern" department and that they will get back to me. I never heard back from anybody! I talked to 4 more persons who could not speak english and also could not transfer me to english speaking service agents. How can you trust working with a company without customer service!!!
