Train and rail strikes cause us to be late for a showing (coming from a very long distance so knew well in advance, phoned Disney and the Lyceum 2 hours before the show started (so not like the tickets couldn’t be resold and it’s a sold out show.) and was told tough luck. Advisor on the line at Disney was really unhelpful and didn’t seem bothered or even arsed to talk to me. Couldn’t get me off the phone quicker. Pretty poor from Disney, but what do you expect.
