Update just received my refund in the mail. Today is 1/11/20. 2 weeks after I returned it. Returned a Michael Kors bag I got as a Christmas gift instead of allowing me to purchase a new bag right there I was told because I didn't have a gift receipt the need to send me my refund in the mail. You have to be kidding me. Not good customer service at all. I wonder what they will do if it gets lost in the mail. I'm so mad right now. Macys has really gone down hill.

Trying to get hold of Ebay in connection with an order paid for in October last year, and a seller that doesn't respond, is proving impossible. One gets through to podcasts that don't help at all. I can't even find an email address, let alone get through to customer service online.Because it's an overseas seller, and the product is not available where we live, we don't want to apply for a refund yet.

have loved ebay as a buyer and seller but it has gone to the dogs, especially as a seller. Adding buyer protection price to selling price does not make sense, previous way of ebay building this into their fees made more sense. Now they 'hide' your listing and try and get you to pay extra to have it 'promoted'. Oh and taking a cut from postage, I mean, why? Have started using other platforms. Please Ebay sort it out or its adios.

The worst bank/credit card I have ever used. They cancelled my credit card while living abroad, didn't make it accessible for me to get another one. Any time I have tried to contact them to even change my phone number for when i've lived abroad, they've refused to do it. Even when I speak with a customer service rep on social media, they still give me a blanket solution which is literally not a solution because I cannot access the app or dial internationally. They're absolute vultures, the worst credit card company i've had the displeasure of using and they are holding my accounts hostage because I can't access it as they won't accept my changed phone number or use of their own app.

I wasnt going to write a review but after seeing others have a similar experience, I felt compelled to. 16th March my Amazon account was somehow hacked. The hacker purchased 3 gift cards then archived the orders so I wouldnt see. I did get the money back from Amazon after 2 days which I very thankful for. But I reported this to Amazon at 21.15 after seeing the emails about the gift cards. No action was taken by Amazon until the next day at 7.36am! allowing the hacker to spend the remaining gift card. At the same time I was waiting for an order...4 days overdue thanks to Correos Express AGAIN... so I spoke to Amazon and cancelled the order and had MY money refunded to my gift balance. I then proceeded to spend said credits all for Amazon to cancel the order and accuse me of 'rule violation'!!! This was enough for me so I asked for the claim form....nope..just automated replies and no claim form. Amazon has gone downhill badly!This is not a safe place to shop...I now do not leave my details on my profile
