This app has become one of the most restrictive platforms in history. The overwhelming number of regulations makes it nearly impossible to post any video content without violating some rule. Almost everything is flagged for copyright, making it frustrating to share clips.Live streams are constantly restricted within seconds, as if the platform is using some kind of instant detection system to shut people down. It feels like only bots are welcome here, while real users are heavily censored. The only acceptable content seems to be sitting silently in front of a camera, stripped of any real expression or discussion.During COVID, the platform engaged in heavy censorship, and now it continues to silence users on topics like elections. Any attempt to voice an opinion is quickly suppressed. Meanwhile, the app collects and sells user data while allowing only mindless, passive engagement. The vast majority of language is deemed harmful, making normal interaction almost impossible.In an era of advanced smartphones, these platforms seem designed to limit genuine expression, reducing users to little more than spectators. Anything beyond shallow praise is effectively banned.

I ordered a gift set on 2nd December as a Christmas present for one of my sisters. They cancelled the order on the 3rd December without letting me know however, I got an email saying the product would be delayed. They refunded me on the 3rd December but I didn't see this because I didn't receive an email that the order was cancelled and therefore was still expecting it.I contacted them finally this week to see where my order is, to find out of course it has been cancelled and all they offered was a £5 e-voucher for the inconvenience which I declined because there should have been more communication from them and I have lost confidence in the brand. As a long-term in store VS buyer I am extremely disappointed with this service and hope this review is useful to others.

The GM at the Wyoming location was extremely rude. Said that I was just another one of those people that don’t like to pay what they owe. I asked what kind of person is that and she bluntly said oh you know you’re kind and hung up the phone. I was charged $250 for smoking in a room that was never smoked in. However there was smoke smell on my guest clothing but was never any smoking done in the room. The GM name is Ashley. Well that’s the name she gave me.

Horrendous experience. I returned four items using their return service and they are claiming that the return was never received, despite the Evri tracking confirming that its been sent on to the retailer. It’s taken a month to get a reply from customer service and it simply states sorry we can’t help you further. Absolutely awful, you can’t escalate anything or raise a complaint. I’ve now lost almost £70 to these thieves.

For over 2 weeks I have been trying to get back into my hotmail account, firstly my fault for not updating my recovery emails but really, I have provided the last 4 emails I sent and their subject lines to the letter I have provided details of things I have purchased from microsoft I ave had this account for many years and use it mainly to receive mail, So now thanks to the stupidity of their verification's I will have to change everything phone bill, power bill, wage slip and of course all the numerous store account info. The most frustrating thing is my 86 year old mother in law had 2 flights cancelled and this is where the vouchers are these are no good to anyone else, I will never ever ever use microsoft for my personal email ever again because with the evidence I provided I feel I should have been given my account back. So now thanks to this stupidity I have to try and contact everyone, as if life isn't stressful enough with everything going on in the world.

Basically just took my money.Last year I had to reschedule a flight. Kayak suggested paying 75$ or so to save the money as credit with the airline. Through out the year, I tried to contact Kayak multiple time (10+ throughout the year) to access this credit so I could use it. They never answered until literally 2 weeks before it expired. I had to get in touch with the customer service manager to get any answer, and she eventually blew me off too. They promised to ask for an extension with the airline 2 weeks before expiry, which, of course, they didn't. Interesting strategy of just not answering consumers once they've paid for products and services. Will not use this company again and would recommend others to do the same.

I was sent the wrong book, and now I have to drive for several miles away from my home to get this book exchanged for the correct one because there is no Barnes & Noble near my home. This just defeats the whole purpose of buying from them online and I am now left with the inconvenience. I won’t be ordering from them online ever again!!! I will find another seller that can possibly get it right next time!
