Horrible customer service who could not care less about someone who has been their customer for over 20 years. Talked this morning with the Office of the President after 3 years of hundreds of complaints on my side, the BBB, FCC and FTC where I get no to little service in my own home with their $300 CELL PHONE BOOSTER WHICH IS A BS THEY DO NOT WORK! THEY HAVE ME LOCKED INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH NOT MY PHONE BUT WATCH. If I change my phone to another provider even if your phone is paid off, but not the watch THEY ADD FEES WHICH ALMOST AMOUNT TO THE COST OF THE MONTHLY PLAN I AM ALREADY PAYING. AT&T IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD FINED BY THE FCC. ALSO THEY HAVE HAD MULTIPLE DATA BREACHES. 2 IN LESS THAN 8 MONTHS. RUN!

Truly awful after care service on a smart washing machine that was not so smart. 5 parts changed in 2 years costing 3,650 euros plus extras. No information or care from samsung. Got my machine back tonight am testing it now. No apologies and nothing from the ceo. All they are interested in is the money. I purchased a gaming laptop in December. They have twice tried to tell me my warranty was expired. I was calling because my fans are not coming on and it overheats. I am in IT and I know to update BIOS, and drivers. This is a hardware issue. They tried to tell me I need to purchase software coverage at $55/month to help. They only wanted to sell me support and It is still covered. I did not get anywhere!

Amazon's delivery drivers do not follow delivery instructions. Abandoning parcels that are small enough to fit through a letterbox outside. Either leaving the parcel(s) outside a 6ft locked rear garden gate. Or throwing the goods over the gate with no care over damaging the goods. All times stating 'handed to customer'. I've cancelled Prime and am trying to boycott using Amazon, as they are not training delivery drivers to Royal Mail standards.
