Truly awful after care service on a smart washing machine that was not so smart. 5 parts changed in 2 years costing 3,650 euros plus extras. No information or care from samsung. Got my machine back tonight am testing it now. No apologies and nothing from the ceo. All they are interested in is the money. The man delivering the machine was waving the bill before he had entered the machine into the house. Appalling
