Dreadful, it is a con in my experience Paid £45 for the service to find a cleaner, their website does not work effectively it keeps glitching and therefore cumbersome to use and. communicate with anyone, website candidates are not updated, people don't respond, its a complete waste of money, when I contacted customer services via the slow responsive chatbox they refused to refund and abruptly ended the chat. Their poor service makes a mockery of the 'care' service title.

Horrible Experience - Avoid at all CostsThis software is full of Bugs, almost all the functions are not working and when you speak to someone from the technical team they just open the ticket for you. Then you find out that you have almost 10 - 15 tickets opened and all your work and efforts will be focused to work very hard to fix their problems and at the end, nothing will be fixed. This software instead of being a Help in organizing your contacts, workflows, and any other business related issue, It will become an overwhelming task with everyday problems that you will have to fix. AVOID AT ALL COST

Lies and incompetence. Promised delivery did not happen. Neither did the next date - no time given, just “we’ll deliver today” - they didn’t - waited in all day. For nothing. At 10pm auto phone system said ‘delivery by 8pm’ - first lie. Then Indian call centre said “tomorrow sometime” then changed that to “today” then back to “tomorrow” supervisor even worse. Just out to delay and get rid of customer from call. Incompetence and lies. They don’t care. Amazon have switched off complaints system so you are stuck with the incompetent customer service joke team.

I paid for expedited shipping to ensure delivery by Thursday, January 9th. However, the package did not arrive until the following Monday, January 13th, which was a rainy day. Unfortunately, some items were wet, and we had to dry them off. If we pay a premium (nearly the cost of the merchandise itself) for faster shipping, we should receive the package on the promised date. If that timeline is not met, the extra shipping cost should be refunded, as the service we paid for was not delivered as expected. That said, the invitations themselves met our expectations.

As part of my job and business, I belong to many different online services. Most are good. Some are bad. A very small few are outstanding. GOG belongs in the "outstanding" category. I discovered this site when purchasing an old Ultima game and I've been a customer ever since. Their attitude and purpose is to be commended in an environment where most services are just out for money. GOG does a great job with making games permanently available to its members. What little support I've needed has always been fast and perfect.

My 2 year old Garmin Edge 520 stopped working after about 60 bike rides. Garmin confirmed it was a hardware problem. Their solution was to sell me for $140U.S. a used rebuilt to replace mine. Terrible solution to a problem that should not have happened and should have been owned by them. The product was also difficult to use and took me a long time to get everything synced with my road bike. Stay away from Garmin and the junk they sell. There are better alternatives, many at a lower price. Terrible experience.

I bought tickets on Fandango and it placed me in Hicksville when I clicked island 16. I didn’t realize it until I was at the theater and had waited on a 15 minute line for stale popcorn. I asked the manager if anything can be done and her response was take it up with Fandango.
