I purchased a gaming laptop in December. They have twice tried to tell me my warranty was expired. I was calling because my fans are not coming on and it overheats. I am in IT and I know to update BIOS, and drivers. This is a hardware issue. They tried to tell me I need to purchase software coverage at $55/month to help. They only wanted to sell me support and It is still covered. I did not get anywhere!
