Horrible customer service who could not care less about someone who has been their customer for over 20 years. Talked this morning with the Office of the President after 3 years of hundreds of complaints on my side, the BBB, FCC and FTC where I get no to little service in my own home with their $300 CELL PHONE BOOSTER WHICH IS A BS THEY DO NOT WORK! THEY HAVE ME LOCKED INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH NOT MY PHONE BUT WATCH. If I change my phone to another provider even if your phone is paid off, but not the watch THEY ADD FEES WHICH ALMOST AMOUNT TO THE COST OF THE MONTHLY PLAN I AM ALREADY PAYING. AT&T IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD FINED BY THE FCC. ALSO THEY HAVE HAD MULTIPLE DATA BREACHES. 2 IN LESS THAN 8 MONTHS. RUN!
