Support is incompetent

Yesterday I opened a ticket regarding my logitech gpro superlight 1, I have a 2 year warranty on the mouse and wanted to see if i could get a replacement for my faulty scroll wheel, as it often stops working and works again, i opened live chat support, they were responding to me but i had to step away from my PC so i was AFK, then the responder on the other end 'Mohammed Zubair' was spamming me continuously, i thought support was supposed to be patient and helpful? After they closed my ticket, I messaged in the morning as they changed my ticket into a conversation through email, I exchanged the proof of my purchase and about 6 hours later i decided to call support, I call them they pick up, say my name and instantly end the call XD what a poor corporation
