Three weeks, no product, no response.

Wow. Took my money. Three weeks later, still no product or any kind of update. Just “In Process” on the account. No way to cancel. No response from ‘support’. Sent a second email asking where my product was or if they could cancel. Three hours later received an email with a tracking number that it had shipped. Friend had exactly the same experience. Worst experience online ever.
