Very customer focused, and ethical re their signup policy. They do NOT charge your card by default when the trial is over. You have to opt in to activate the service. Also, I needed an extension on the trial period because I was sick and they gave it.And the customer service agent I spoke to about cancelling was extremely pleasant and polite.
