I ordered 2 tickets for an event. Everything looked correct. I hit "Submit Order" However, I received 1 ticket for a different event. There's no way to contact Eventbrite... they say "contact the event organizer." (Which I have done of course). But how in the world am I supposed to get what I ordered? And a refund for the thing I didn't order? Terrible customer service!

Review of animoto
When I first opened the Animoto website, the layout was easy to use and I was able to start right away. Sign up was easy; You can sign up through Facebook or through email. After entering your email, name and choosing your password, you can choose what reason you want to use Animoto for. You can choose business, education, personal use, etc.
After the easy sign up, you are taken to a page that you can choose the style of your video. What I found quite annoying was that most of the styles requires a pro account. This account costs money ($39/Month). There is a cheaper option ($5/mo or free) but they have limited styles and the length of your video is a lot shorter.
When you pick your style, you are taken to a page where you can add video, text and music. Overall, this seems to me like a glorified windows movie maker, but unlike windows, you can not edit the lengths of the clips, volume of the music, and other small little things that I personally think would make a video look better.
Overall, I think that this web-tool works for those who need a quick and easy slide show video presentation. But for professionals or those who enjoy making small edits, this is not the tool for them.

Placed an order online on October 31st, 2023 and it was about $310. It is now November 9th and even though the order shows “shipped” on the status, it hasn’t shipped at all. My FedEx app only shows the shipping label being created BUT FedEx hasn’t even received the package. I called customer service twice and both times they said their policy requires 15 days to process/ship orders and to check back with them on November 14th. Seriously? Adidas customer service can’t even communicate with the warehouse/shipping department to at least give their customers an update instead of waiting these 15 days leaving the customer guessing if they will even get their order. It is definitely not a policy with the customer in mind. If Adidas can’t deliver this order to me as promised then I will be shopping for athlete products with a brand that looks after their customers. Even though I have many Adiclub points and been a member for years it doesn’t matter. So I guess the question is will they make it right? We’ll see and I’ll update.

Adobe took away the right to own one's software, effectively increasing the price of their tools a thousandfold. They also reserve the right to take away these tools at anytime and have done that to an entire country in the past. Their focus is primarily on advertising and spending their time developing their products for their own ends and not that of their customers. The Adobe 'experts' at hand to answer questions are the Kapo that serve their masters and not their fellows. Overall Adobe is in my opinion an unethical company who will go down on the wrong side of history for caring more about power and excess wealth than people.

We like using Hootsuite for our basic marketing needs. However, they recently increased our monthly subscription rate from £21 to £129. This seems incredibly unfair and unreasonable. I don’t know any business to increase their monthly rates by this much (it’s over a 500% increase in price). Be careful joining. They’ll start with a low price model and then increase it excessively after a short time. I appreciate that costs rise, especially given inflation at the moment. But this increase is beyond acceptable. We don’t even use any of the new features they claim to be behind the price increase. They should keep a basic model for those that just need the platform for simple scheduled posts.We are now on the hunt for a new platform and luckily there’s quite a few a We thought it was a mistake at first, but having spoken to a customer service rep (no telephone line- only by email), it proved to be correct. Really rather shocking, and we now have a month to transfer over all our social media to a new platform.

If I could give 0 or a minus number that would be more appropriate! I have been trying for a month to get my account back and unfrozen. I have spoken to a number of people, and each time they say it will take 5 to 7 business days to get a response. Someone was able to change the email for my account, and even though I have sent them my drivers license and passport a number of times, after a month, I STILL DON'T have any resolution. Do yourself a favor, NEVER USE VENMO! By far the worst experience I have ever had. I am not sure if I will EVER be able to get my money from my account.***Update. Now Venmo has told me that I somehow violated a user agreement, which they won't say what it was that I did. I am being penalized for their inability to keep the APP secure from hackers. The $505 in my account is now frozen, and it says "IF" I get my money back, it could take up to 6 months!!! They are nothing more than a scam company, that truly does not care about their customer service.

Customer support is non-existent. Lost access to account through 2FA - I recently got a new PS4 after my old one broke 6 months ago. Trying to login to my PSN account and it wants 2FA for a number I no longer have. I go to their website, where it says to follow the 'Contact Us' link. Low and behold, Contact Us is actually just an FAQs directory. The best part is, when you find the entry about how to restore your account after losing access with 2FA, it gives you the same Contact Us link as before - a link to the directory you are already in.After going in circles for 20 minutes, I finally found the PlayStation Support Bot page. Ofcourse, however, a technology giant like Sony can't even get a bot page to work. It's literally a banner saying Support Bot and then just a grey page.Nice one Sony. No wonder your ratings are completely tanked on here. Customer support just doesn't exist at all apparently.

They don’t pay the right amount. Customer be paying good money and drivers get 10% so I they pay 30 for a ride u get $10. And don’t try to tell me otherwise because I did it I asked the customer what they paid. It’s ridiculous because after all that I can’t even have enough money to fix my car, which is nothing it’s just chips in my windshield and my back blade and Jiffy Lube won’t even approve my car, so I guess I’m done driving for you for Lyft it’s not worth it

Not for its content, rather the way in which the website censors and manipulates the content. 9gag spits in the face of free speech and is a disgrace to the internet neutrality movement. I would highly recommend the many other websites in this genre that actually have some respect for their users.
