We have been using the stystem, inherited by a past IT person who set it up for us. But we struggle to use it well, and get reporting working as we require. We've tried to go with training but unfortunately the trainers have been hard to understand (English has not been their first language) so we are still not using the sytem to it's full ability, and currently considering changing. Would be great if we could schedule training for my team, but it would need to be with an expert..

I have been in contact with their customer service team and spoke with a manager, but I am still not satisfied with the outcome and feel my concerns have not been appropriately addressed.I was originally promised by one of the colleagues that the in-stock items would be shipped to me(after my order got damaged beyond repair while on route), with a refund processed for the unavailable items. However, when the replacement order arrived, the in-stock items were not included, despite their availability. Instead, I was told that nothing could be done and that a refund is already being processed. This situation is highly frustrating, especially since I was misinformed and given conflicting information throughout this process. I am left with no solution for the items I need, and it feels as though my issue has not been taken seriously. Really bad customer service, no solutions, they just tell you “sorry there’s nothing more we can do on our end” terrible customer service I haven’t had a bad experience ever but this was the first after using asos for such a long time, I think I’ll have to stop using because they handled this situation so terribly.no compensation, no items delivered on time, still haven’t received my order or my replacement order.

Review of fiverr
Awful company for sellers. Suspended my account for supposedly “breaching” their term and conditions, meaning I couldn’t access my funds I earned for 90 days(which is a joke in its own right) then after waiting the 90 days to get an email to say if an withdraw my money, they ban the account again. Contacted customer support 3 times and yet still no response. There is a reason this company is dying (check out there company house) honest you will be better going to upwork or people per hour , they at least can run a business unlike whoever the embarrassment of a human being is calling the shots in this company. Avoid!

Did not notify free trial was over and subsequently charged the suscription. When I asked for a refund they claimed I had viewed premium content after being charged and as such could only offer a partial refund, although I only used the site ONCE and it was during the free trial.
Review of squarespace
Let me establish that I am a professional photographer and visual storyteller. I take painstaking amounts of time and effort to edit and curate my portfolio and display the images in the order I choose. Squarespace is not capable of displaying images in a defined or predetermined order, rather Squarespace mixes the images all together and shows you what it wants in the order it wants. Not what I have told it to do. I've emailed Squarespace customer service for the past year now only to be told:"Thanks for writing back in. I understand you're gallery images are appearing out of order. As we previously mentioned, this is being caused by an issue on our end. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with. We're always here to help." I asked that they 1. fix the problem or 2. provide a year of complimentary service since they are unable to provide the service I'm paying for. I was told no, there are no refunds. I don't want a refund. I want complimentary years of service. Does anyone else have this issue? This is actionable and I would love to have more people on board.

Spent nearly £500 on their Approach S62 via American Golf in May 2020. Had a problem with their software, raised a support ticket - took a month to provide a useless response by which time I'd sorted the issue. More disturbing was a second fault when the watch alarm went off signalling an irregular heart beat - I wasn't wearing the watch at the time! It has also done this just as I was falling asleep - not a great experience. Have tried to contact their Customer Support twice over last 3 weeks - no response. Had switched from an Apple watch - a big mistake. Can't recommend Garmin based on my experience.

Review of bedbathandbeyond
Ordered a percolator online using the Bed Bath and Beyond app. Applied a 20% coupon, it worked when I saw it in my shopping cart, so I proceeded to checkout. I doubled checked the order again, could still see the coupon applied, but when I put in my credit card a placed the order it removed it and I was charged to full amount! I tried to cancel the order, but when clicking on the link to do so I got a server not found error. I then tired to text them, but went round and round and round with that until I finally got a human. She could not apply the coupon since the order was placed, so I told her to cancel the order. She did, but I already had the charge applied to my credit card, but the credit will take 3-5 business days! Go figure! Will never trust their online ordering system again. Too bad, because I always liked Bed Bath and Beyond, especially their brick and mortar stores.
Review of zoom
Avoid this organization like the plague and opt for their competitors like MS Teams. After having barely used my previous Zoom subscription, I had no intention of renewing it whatsoever. Instead of being transparent about the upcoming subscription renewal in an email upfront, I was sent an email that my account had already been debited for the yearly subscription. When I contacted customer service to let them know that I was not interested in renewing my subscription they told me that it was non-refundable. This is obviously due to Zoom wanting to protect their revenue, particularly as the organization has suffered massive losses since the pandemic. Recent figures suggest that they have made a 87% loss since 2020. Trying to steal money from unhappy customers is extremely short sighted! Stay away from these scammers. Edit: I've looked it up and according to California law, this conduct is actually unlawful! According to Article 9 Automatic Purchase Renewals, subscriptions with a term of one year or longer, the business must send a renewal notice 15-45 days before the renewal date. This notice should clearly state that the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled and will provide instructions to easily cancel subscription. Zoom makes it notoriously difficult to cancel and impossible to get a refund. Not only is Zoom conducting business that is unethical, but it is unlawful!

I had the same problem with Woolworths $20 eGift Card - four numbers missing and I went on the Woolworths online Gift card site and chatted online and found out that the final 13 numbers of the online card are the numbers for the in-store card.Hope this helps Michelle.
