Awful customer service stayed at a hotel after traveling throughout the night. Was put in a room that had no AC in it waited 25 minutes after I had to unpack and repack after being on the road all night just to get into a room. Call IHG to explain the situation and had to deal with terrible customer service and unreasonable accommodations for the customer. I spoke to Joseph the operations manager and he was an awful manager terrible customer service did not fix the issue at hand and I would never stay at another IHG hotel ever again
