Appaling from start to finish. Messed the booking up and refused to sort it out meaning I had to come home a day early, neither will they pay up on the fake travell insurance they offer, customer service teams are in India and just go through the motions while endlessly apologising. Hotel asked me to cover over £500 of outstanding balance as Expedia had not paid them even though I had paid Expedia.Booking system is a shambles. Never again!

Etsy offers the opportunity to connect with many small businesses that have great product to propose. Unfortunately this is where it stops in terms of customer experience. Nobody is accountable to anything, anywhere. Indicated transaction price is often not your final. My last 2 purchases ended with duty costs that where never indicated, zero and nobody knows anything. The vendor, I don’t know. Etsy, well good luck with Human interaction. When I purchase on any other platforms, at least 2 a week, zero incidents with unknowns except with product defects/damage which is ok. I’m done with Etsy, too bad for all theses small businesses

i wanted to buy a domain with backorder.their website forced me to pay $5 to buy at first, it is good. and then when i accessed the website, it says i need to pay another $500 to get in. and $500 is gonna be just garbage when backorder trial failed. and they often fails according to forums online. so dangerous company. update:No. you are just requiring in website. i could not proceed. Don't lie.

Yelp is a JOKE! We have a new HVAC company in our small city of Liberty Hill Tx. This HVAC company has helped more customers in their first few months, and with amazing reviews by the customer. Yelp has decided to keep only 1 review, a customer who admitted they were wrong about the company after being called out. I won't be using Yelp for my reviews anymore!

This has got to be the worst company online to submit a job. My account was flagged. I made changes. Sent in proper documents, then they wanted more documents. I even sent in my non expired Drivers Licence. Then they wanted a utility bill and then said, they will review it after I had already sent in 2 approved documents. Then they said more actions will be necessary after reviewing my utility Bill. My mother has Dementia and is disabled. I am posting a job to find a HomeCare worker. This company has no sympathy or empathy. They also never leave a name at the end of their emails to avoid responsibility so you never know who actually sent the email. There are much better companies out there that will treat you with respect as a client. I will be contacting their corporate office with this complaint. Oh, by the way, posting your ad is NOT free as they claim. STAY FAR AWAY from this company.

The customer support isn't as quick as I would like, since they take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to reply, but they have always gone above and beyond to help. I had an issue with my username which I changed with my e-mail address (because I didn't read the data field), and even though you can't change your username until a month or two passes, the customer support agent understood the privacy and issue that having my email as username would be. They kindly asked me for a username I would like to have, and they changed it for me.

No customer service. I paid for full access, they changed something in the subscriptions, gone full access. Tried to send an email to check why my full access is gone, this is what you receive: "Please note that due to the high volume of emails we receive, you may not receive a personal response"........and you don't.

Horrendous customer service. They take away features that you are already paying for. Can't get support other than web-based support now, and the web-based support doesn't match up with the current platform. Waiting nearly a week for a response to problems that need resolved ASAP prior to our next class. Great tool for family meetings, but that's about it. Don't waste your money if you need professional results.

I purchased EarlyBird Checkin for a total of $40 for one trip. I got B25. They claimed 70 people were ahead of me with priority of A-List and A-List Preferred. I don't believe this at all! This is a scummy airline. Now they're charging for bags when they used to brag about not charging and laugh at other airlines! I'll never fly them again and neither should you. They've gone downhill so fast!Every year since Robert Jordan was promoted to CEO in 2022 there has been a huge controversy. He is in WAY over his head and should be fired!!! He must go!

I purchased an educational video via Gumroad. The video did not play on the link I was given after purchase, so I tried the download option. It downloaded 6 GB of an HTML file. No video. Only 6 gig of html gibberish. There's no contact information for GumRoad in the email confirmation I received. There's no contact info on GumRoad's website. And the phone number provided on my credit card statement for GumRoad is an automated service that says email Gumroad.com. GumRoad.com is a website not an email address. This smells like fraud.
