I ordered and paid for a couple pairs of sandals and used a gift card to pay for part of the order and my debit card to pay for the balance. They took the gift card and also used my debit card for the whole purchase. After two emails asking them to credit my account I am still waiting for a response. This purchase was made in March and it is now June. Don’t waste your time with their customer service and as I will do in the future, shop elsewhere.

I purchased 2 different brand mobile phones from 2 different sellers in 2 different time period.Both the mobiles developed problem right after 10 days of good working. And there's no way to demand for replacement for the defective or faulty product received as Flipkart only offers 10 days replacement and that too from the date of purchase. This is another way of cheating the customers as the products itself takes 5 to 7 days to reach the buyer from the date of order. Then we are left with only 2 to 3 days to experience the product.

Actually Flipkart is making fool of there customers nothing else or I can say that they are cheating the customers by there fake marketing which Actually not there. Flipkart is really very Worst & lier application. Please don't trust them.

The negative reviews regarding the realtors on their site are censored. When you write a negative review about a realtor on there, the review is heavily scrutinized to the point of being taken down or just not even posted at all. Their community guidelines have NO policy about reviews that are restrained, truthful and negative. If they happen to hurt the realtor's feelings then so be it, maybe change your behavior so that you don't earn more negative reviews. Once a negative review is submitted, it will likely never be posted. When you contact zillow/trulia (same shady company) about it, you will get a response from Sophie Chen of Manhattan, NY. She will twist herself into knots writing grammatically-poor and vague emails defending the realtor as if Sophie was right there when the realtor called me a **** and refused to honor the original contract we had. Sophie will claim a review that has any negative slant about a realtor they subcontract or want to lure into a subcontract deal, does not deserve to have something so hurtful as a one star review, then will attempt to pick apart the review and question if it is factual. Again, playing pretend investigator and acting as though she was there when the realtor and I had met. It's funny how the positive reviews with racist language in them aren't scrutinized but negative reviews need to be investigated with a fine- toothed comb. I wonder why the negative reviews get the "special" treatment. Realtors pay for pumped up reviews and "premier" status on those two websites and when you already have a thin skin, well, it speaks for itself. Go ahead and try to warn people about a shady realtor with a violent temper. You will find yourself in the exact same situation. Let good ole Sophie Chen know how you feel and how pathetic their customer service is while they pick apart honest reviews to protect their worthless "premier status" realtors.

The concert was really great however the sound was mixed very badly. Muddy as hell & difficult to recognise which song was which. The mixing for the support band (which by the the way were crap!) was better. A bit of a disappointment but still great to see the Happy Mondays live.

Samsung have the worst customer service. I've recently had two incidents with customer service. The first where they've refused to replace/repair a faulty LED phone case, and for the second they're refusing to repair our faulty sound bar. Both are fairly new and within warranty. I have no idea how this company are so popular and have their technology absolutely everywhere. I'm done with Samsung, I've had at least 20 of their phones and multiple television sets and more, and I'll never purchase a Samsung product again. I'll be telling everyone I know.

I'm a first time UO customer, and I was so excited for my online order, BUT beware!!! URBAN OUTFITTERS makes you pay PREMIUM prices for SHEIN QUALITY CLOTHING. They blatantly lie on materials of their clothing!!! The item I received was supposed to be 100% cotton, looks like the photo, BUT is 87% polyester, 10%rayon and 3% spandex. I want to throw up. And the out of the other three shirts I ordered, they sent me XXL instead of small, the pink shirt ALSO is 40% polyester when they lied and said 100% cotton, and another green shirt had a giant hole from a tag rip that was there already. Disgusting!!! I PAID OVER 200$?? each shirt looks like 4$ instead of the 35$ I paid for each !! Now I am horrified as I wait for my next orders to arrive. I spent 400$ more on other orders because I'm doing a closet reset for college. Once all my orders arrive I will be going to the in person store to do a massive return. I am upset!!! I feel like I was stolen from and lied to!!

Do not recommend LG products or A&E factory service! Horrible customer service who doesn't care about their customers and their technicians do not know what they're doing. In the past three months they have come to "fix" my refrigerator eight times and they still haven't been able to give me an answer on to as if I will get a new refrigerator or if the will be able to fix it. Keep in mind my refrigerator is only 9 months old.
