The support person actually, for a change, listened to my issue. Then, in a timely manner, suggested possible fixes for my issue. It was refreshing to have a support person who could actually respond in proper English! Not only that they recommended a fix that worked instead of just sending me a boilerplate response.

The AI assistant on the site cuts off your chat after one question so you can't provide any of the details. No email you can send questions to. HORRENDOUS. Will never buy from them online again.

After collecting an order at Silverburn store, I realised they had given me 2 different size sandals, after waiting about for 20 minutes I was told they could order them and charge me delivery for what was there mistake. I asked for management and she was rude having a conversation with a staff member while I still waited she couldn't have cared less and did.nothing to resolve the problem

Be careful with Notion and its cancellation policy.- if you bought a useless AI module and after some time you want to cancel it, you will be refused and the money will not be returned and will not be credited for another product;- if you cancel a certain number of users in an annual subscription, you receive credits for the next year. Any requests for a refund will not work;- the support service is misleading, first confirms the possibility of changing the issued invoice, and after a week of deliberation says that it is impossible to change the invoice. If you have your own business, then you understand perfectly well that any invoice can be changed, refunded, and so on;- if you want to try Notion, never choose an annual plan, only a monthly one, otherwise, you will not be able to change anything, and you will be charged the maximum amount of money;

I really regret switching to lastpass. Absolute garbage. Worst software I've ever used. Wouldn't work with my mac or pac. It wouldn't recognize my master password on my pc, but just on my mac. Password reset didn't work. It wouldn't send me a text. THE WORST PART IS THE INCREDIBLY NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM LASTPASS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! EVEN DASHLANE IS MUCH BETTER OR KEEPER

The transfer to Cairo from Hurghada was comfortable, we were greeted with our tour guide who has made our day begging to end an experience, abdul, very long day, however 20-35 mins between each stop but was plenty of time! food provided was very limited but we are fussy eaters.

Got a text message from telstra stating that the internet may be disrupted due to maintainence whilst this was happening l got a text message @ 6.30 am saying something wrong with my internet connection this happened a couple of times the modem was in mobile mode at this stage... l contacted the faults line which advised me to do a test which didnt fix the problem.. twas then booked for a technician hence before that was done the green light on the modem twas active.. l contacted telstra was again letting them know that the problem was solved... then a couple of days later l got a phone call message from someone working in telstra who l couldnt understand because of language barrier

They change the billing structure so that all of a sudden - you pay two months bills in one week! I've been paying the same amount for many years retrospectively - so in other words I pay for what I've used after I've used it. Telstra then suddenly decide that they are going to make all customers pay in advance. So in one week - I've paid two months worth of bills. This is unconscionable in this current environment and cost of living stress.

The "great" part was that Dashlane was able to successfully resolve the problem with my payment. The less-than-great part was that in order to do so, I had to disable my VPN - contrary to best security practices. I sent Dashlane Support a message about the VPN disabling requirement.

I placed my order for crockery which was on back order, received an email confirmation where all was correct. I then checked my order details on my app account and saw that the items there were different. I tried to contact by the online chat but this crashed. Then I emailed and got no reply for quite a few days. I phoned my local store who said I’d need to email my concerns. Eventually I received a reply to my email saying it would be answered in up to 3 days. I never received an answer. The order was a Christmas gift and I found it really stressful not knowing if the correct items would be delivered. I finally received my order this week and to my great relief it’s what I originally ordered. Your system showing the wrong items ordered and the lack of communication really surprised me.I would expect better of Anthropology. Thankfully the crockery is lovely.
